+ Very large room, plenty of space. + Many amenities (kitchenette, coffee machine, Espresso capsules) + Large and comfy bed + Many shelves + A small table that can be used as an office + The breakfast was great + Very easy to get to the city center (Tram lines 1 and 6) + Close to the main train station (about 15 minutes with line 1) + Easy to make grocery shopping nearby.

- The city neighborhood doesn't feel great and safe, especially at night. - There was no shower soap left. - Leaving the room to go to the breakfast (in another building across the street) was a bit impractical, but not really an issue.

Great location - although not in the city center, the tram stop is just in front of the building and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center. The property has been recently renovated and everything is brand new. Very clean.

There are two entrance codes - one for the main door of the building and one for the appartement door. We were sent only the appartement door code and we thought that it was one code for both doors. We arrived late in the evening and we could not enter the building however the staff responded and sent us the right code. Just pay attention that you have received 2 codes. The coffee machine is a Nespresso business machine and you cannot buy such capsules anywhere in Vienna. We tried in 2 Nespresso shops and they told us that we can buy only online or order on the phone which is not comfortable if you are a company of 3 coffee lovers.

The apartment was large, and well-lit. There is an elevator in the building, which is nice, the stairs being a bit steep. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The location was 1 minute away from the Line 1 tram, which got us to the center, but also to a bus station. There were at least 3 supermarkets within walking distance. There is (paid) parking all around the neighborhood.

There's only three things we didn't really like, two of which are not controllable by the owner. There's a billion pigeons around, so it's difficult to get to the car parked at the side of the building, without stepping into their droppings. There's some construction being done on the adjacent building, and I suppose it generates the dust I mention in the next issue. Finally, although at the first impression the apartment was very clean, upon closer inspection, there was a lot of dust and even dust rolls, in places like under the table and under the armchair (I did not dare check under the couch). I think the owner could have a word with the professional cleaning service, to pay more attention to these areas.

The room was very big and comfortable. We were two adults and two children (11 and 14) - it felt completely perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and surprisingly - so was the sofa bed. the kitchen has everything we needed. The access is very easy with codes. Everything was so clean and nice. There is a tram stop right next to the apartment, taking you to the Opera and to the Prater. And another 400 meters - another tram stop. Both trams have good connections with U-bahn. There is Lidle very close and another smaller supermarket right next to the building + a fuels station, since nothing else works on sundays :) The kids loved it so much, that they wanted to go again just for the stay.

The WiFi did not work for us. We were provided with Password, but the network required log in with your mail, and this window, never worked. I have send question, but got an authomatic reply with the same information I already had.

The Apartment was very conveniently situated near the tram station which connects the train station and all city centres. There was a small supermarket nearby and some kebab stores. So, if you want to cook your meal or want to grab a quick bite, both are easy. The apartment has a self check-in facility which was just convenient for us. The room was well lit, very spacious, the kitchenette was well stocked. Additionally, they had a lounge facility on the ground floor for the early check-in. In such cases you can wait in the lounge : it was a play corner for children, seating arrangements, a tv, a dining table, a work corner, washing machines and a kitchenette ( not stocked ). For us, we reached early and till 15:00 ( check-in) we waited very comfortably in the lounge.

Location is great, public transportation and shops are nearby, however the street is quite quiet and peaceful. Place was very clean and beautiful. Access and check-in/check-out was contact-free and very smooth. Very good customer service.

Kitchen was missing scissors, sofa bed in the living-room was a bit worn out which made sleeping on it a little uncomfortable (possible that the sleeping part of the sofa is originally already uneven with a lower middle part. Was disappointing that the room was not exactly the same as in the pictures and the space was quite small since the sofa was done for a bed and there was not a lot of room left (with 4 people staying there).

Very spacious and very clean. The bed was really good. The location was really good, easy access to public transport. A lot of grocery stores are very close(lidl, aldi, profi) and also a few fast food joints and a 2 gas stations opened non-stop. The room was really quiet, even though you could see the tram from the window, the sound isolation was amazing. You could also set your temperature to however you like it, from desert hot to arctic cold. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need .

There were the small details that lowered our rating. There was no hand soap, we only had one shower towel and the closet, even though very big, it lacked shelves and did not have enough hangers to compensate for that. The breakfast was of very good quality, but poor in options. Just 3 types of cold cuts (the same cold curs every day), 3 types of cheese (the same 3 types everyday). Vegetables and fruits weren’t that many to choose from. The sweets, like pastry were good, but after 3 days there were none anymore.

Jimmy's Apartments Dandelion is an ideal appartment to stay during a family visit at Vienna, because: - the communication via email with the reception/help-desk was nice - the key-less entry is via code (please change the key-board at the building entrance.. some keys couldn't be pressed sometimes :-) - there is a shared convenient appartment at the ground floor as well as a safe luggage store for early check-in or late check out.. We thank you A LOT! - the modern appartment is family friendly, spacious, convenient and safe (there was only one negative point..) - the breakfast is provided 120m away at Chez Marie and it is FANTASTIC.. 5***** We thank you very much the Team!! - the appartment has a full equipped kitchen while there is a clothes washing machine at the ground floor - the location is very good!! There are connections with tram and buss lines.. in order to get a ride to the city center (~20 to 20min to Opera with the No.1 tram) and all the sightseeings (The only thing you have to do is to previously study the Local Transport Network Map and use GoogleMaps as well as to be aware of some changes due to the new metro-line works) - everything was perfect and we are looking forward to VISIT AGAIN VIENNA and STAY AGAIN at JIMMY's Appartment

While our appartment was clean at the entry/fist day; unfortunately no-one cleaned or tidied-up it during our 5day (4-night) stay.. :-( Notably, at the ground floor everything you may need e.g. clean towels etc

the apartment was suitable for a family (2 adults and 2 kids). very well equipped, close to tram, grocery shops near by. definitely will consider renting again.

the cleaning company didn't execute a very good job after the previous occupants.

The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a Hofer (Aldi if you are from Ireland) only a 4 minute walk from the appartment and also a BILLA. There is a kebab shop very close called mis kebap this place was fabulous, really good food from there. Also the train station was only a 5 minute walk from the appartment which was another bonus. There was a place for us to leave our luggage on the last day after check out until we were heading to the airport.
