Poor facilities. There isn’t even a refrigerator in the room. Let alone safe.

Everything war perfect.

Lovely location, it will be very lovely once renovations have been done. The main lady on reception is also super helpful and friendly she will also recommend places to go etc. it’s fab as a hub to just sleep and go.

Air-con was consistently warm even on -3, No tea/coffee in the room, not even a kettle. Lighting isn’t great. A lil bit messy because there’s lots of building work. No gym or sauna which was advertised. Very basic rooms at the moment as they haven’t been fully finished. A couple of rude staff members. If you’re looking to go here I would wait until the hotel has been finished as it’ll be lovely then.

Room suited our needs. Had the facilities we required. Breakfast area is nice Bar area is good too Staff were nice to talk to. Foyer area is a nice place to relax Pool table to play on Check in and out is simple Lovely hot shower in the room Tv in the room Room was nice and warm. Ideal as we were there in cold January.

Advertised with a record player in the room, but ours never had one. Reported bare wires hanging out the wall by the phone. But no action was taken. May not been electrical wires but not a pretty sight.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and the room ( we had an upgrade) was spacious and well laid out. AC was great as the temperature when we were in Vienna was quite high. The location is very good, with a bus stop and a train station within 5 minutes of the hotel. Breakfast was available but we opted to eat out . The hotel also offers storage of luggage, but as we were leaving Vienna early in the morning, we did not use this facility. I would be more than happy to stay at the hotel again.

Not a dislike as such, but rather odd, as we had a kettle in our room but no tea or coffee. It just seemed a bit odd.

Staff were super nice. We were given a bigger room that had recently been renovated, so the card key didn't work, but staff made sure that we never were bothered by that, taking us up and giving us an extra key for the electricity. Loved the AC unit during some very hot days in Vienna. The location is a bit away from the touristy center but for that there are a lot of very cute restaurants and bars that are not super touristy.

The construction woke us up just one morning, at 8:30 am, which is not that early, just something to be aware of when booking. The issue with the card key obviously wasn't ideal but staff really made the best of it.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and felt quite luxurious at a very affordable price. Staff was professional and nice. I enjoyed the area too, it had many bars and cute restaurants. Easy to move around by public transportation with bus stops as close as 300 from the hotel and Pilgramgasse U station only 5 mins walk away. I was concerned when I read the construction comments but it was nothing to bother anyone. No noises, no mess. The hotel is gonna be even more amazing once they’re done. I recommend.

The facilities in the new rooms are nice. Breakfast was also good.

We spent two nights here, but the first night didn’t go as expected. We were first placed in a room that differed from our original booking, as the hotel has two sections – an older part undergoing renovations and a newer, modern part on the higher floors. We immediately requested a change, but the guy at the reception said I should talk to the manager. The next morning, the manager promptly and gladly moved us to a more stylish, updated room.

Good location, pretty closed to the city center. The bed is huge and comfortable. Breakfast is really good and varied. Clean. Nice Bar and entertainment in the lobby. Staff is friendly and helpfull.

Although it is stated on Booking that parking is available at the hotel, there are very few parking spaces (only 10), which are insufficient for the hotel, so you have to park in a public car park about 600/800 metres away at 25€ per day. Price of a bottle of water 6€. Excessive for hotel guests who should have access to reasonably priced for water.

Good location: central enough to get around easy, there are buses just nearby and a metro 5 mon walk away. Some nice cafés around the corner. Great staff at the reception and the bar. A beautiful terrace in our room (top floor). Great bar with reasonable prices and a pool table, some board games.

A cleaner showed up at 9AM, we asked her politely to come back a bit later, she looked a bit annoyed (really??). We left half an hour earlier. When we came back in the evening, we discovered there was no cleaning made! And even though if you waive the cleaning, you get a free drink, we didn’t get that either. I guess that’s because we weren’t the ones who waived it.
