The apartment was very clean and modern, was easy to find and check in to. The neighborhood was calm and quiet. There is a possibility to request a slightly earlier check-in time which was very helpful. The nearest metro station to get to the sights in the city centre is Friedensbrücke, which takes a bit of a walk (12 min, 850m) but on the other hand there is a large and very beautiful green park right outside the apartment, be sure to check out the impressive ww2 flak towers there.

The wifi didn't work at all.

Hotel's Location is good. It's 20-25 minutes by walking to centre of Vienna. There are several autoparks close to the hotel. You can search p+r parking its 4 euro for day. We have found everything we need in a kitchen. Even Olive Oil and Salt. Room was clean, beds are comfortable.

That was a nightmare to enter the Hotel by code. They sent us a url but that was not working. We tried many times online check in. Even we completed check in and we got code but that code was not working to enter the room. We can not call the customer service because its blocked for Turkey numbers. We solved problem with another guests of hotels they have also same code problem.

Parking is easy in front of the property. The accommodation is well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was very clean. The bathroom had all toiletries. The kitchen was very well equipped. Public transport is within 10 minutes walking distance.

Good location, the apartment was new, looked way better than in pictures.

One mattress was very uncomfortable.

Very beautiful interior design, modern and clean. Had all the necessities and more!

Pillows were flat and thin.

I was with my family we stay 2 night every thing was Perfect but at that days in vienna was very hot and the rooms was also very hot and their was only just One fan in our Apartment and next Morning i ask a cleaner that can u plz give me One more fan for the other room but she told me that she can‘t because in every Apartment is only ones but i things that not correct you Book for four persons two rooms and you Pay for both rooms but you have only just One fan in room i didn‘t sleep both Nights and family to.-:(extrem hot was in the room

We were really satisfied with the apartment: everything was super clean, we had spacious rooms, great bathroom, comfortable furniture etc. The area was quiet and the trams are a 3-5 minute walk away.

The online check-in was NOT smooth! We were already at the entrance, but our check-in had not been reviewed at that point, so we couldn’t enter the property. Although we couldn’t reach the staff via the provided whatsupp number, a lovely member of the staff immediately picked up the phone when we called the German number, and reviewed our check-in on the spot. So if you’re still waiting for your check-in’s approval when you are at the property, just call the number! They will sort it out in 2 minutes.

The 3-Bedroom Apartment we stayed in was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Very modern, minimalist, all brand new, functional with everything we needed to cook & relax after exploring the city. The bathroom was very pretty & bed was super comfy! They had great pillows too. For me, the perfect pillows are sometimes hard to find in hotels. The wifi in the flat was super fast. As a family of 5, we very much enjoyed our stay. The check-in was seamless; having a code & not hustling with a key was super easy and practical. The LIMEHOME team communicated well & fast via their WhatsUp chat. We forgot something at the hotel & they helped me sort it out efficiently, which I really appreciate. The area is nice, and has its unique neighborhood vibe. Few cafes, restaurants, and markets are just around the corner. We rented bikes and rode downtown for 15-20minutes. Walking around the river & beautiful greenery gets you to a lovely atmospheric area of Rossau in 20 minutes. All and all, it was a great stay!

The door to the bathroom did not close properly, it was not fitted right in the door frame, so I suggest that is something to be fixed. For us as a family it was OK, but I imagine it could be an issue for non-relatives travelling together. I loved having the codes to enter building/room but missed having the option of locking the door from the inside for the night.
