It is a very big hotel with nice big rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet, so we could sleep very well. The hotel has a huge parking free of charge, you just have to ask at the reception, which one it is and they will validate the card, so you can drive in and out. There is also a parking, where you have to pay 15 € per night (closer to the hotel). You can walk to the big shopping center next to it. With the Badner Bahn you can drive to the center of Vienna (Opera), buy the tickets online.

The breakfast room is nice, but the breakfast was not so special. The eggs and the bacon were cold. The croissants very very dry. I would wish for some surprise and some unexpected things, like a small smoothie, maybe (warm) pancakes, maybe small warm croissants ...

The hotel was in a very good location, because the local train was just 5 minues walk far. The hotel has great parking area, there are free and paid as well. Unfortunately if you attend the hotel, when there is a trade fair, not so much parkingspot will available. The breakfast was great and plenty. The hotel was absolutely clean everywhere. The wellness area were great, with turkish bath, and sauna, and a good clean water swimming pool. Fortunately, the pool was not full of chlorine.

If a hotel have a wellness area, it'd be great if the towels and the bathing robe will belongs to the room. Unfortunately there were no robe in the room, and the towels have to ask at the pool are, from a guy, who was there.. and sometime he wasn't there... We don't like that, you have to go, to the wellness area in plain clothes, and there you should dress to bathing clothes, unfortunately the lockers key wasn't there, you have to ask for it on the reception. So on, the value safe lockers, doesn't works either. I'd expext a little better careness for a 4 star hotel.

Me and my wife are absolutely amazed by this exceptional Hotel ! Starting with the breakfast which includes delicious foods and drinks in a wide variety. The amazing experience at the breakfast table was followed by an even better wellness and spa area which is amazingly clean and also very private. This small text section is sadly not enough to name every great thing about this accommodation. Last but not least we want to give special thanks to Sir Anton at the reception. We are absolutely stunned by the service and kindness one can offer and want to really point out how amazing and exceptional this receptionist is, next to the others members of the staff which were also extremely kind. So Sir Anton if you come across this text ! You are the man of the Year :D

Was the second time for us here and we will definitely come again. The location is very good for us because we were travelling by car and is really close by the motorway. We also love the spa area,water warm enough for our little one,he had a lot of fun. We like the location because is really close by the biggest shopping centre in Austria SCS-WESTFIELD Shopping centre which is 5-10 minutes walk. There is also a close tram station from where you can easily go to Vienna city centre. Hotel really clean and staff very friendly a d helpful. Breakfast was okay. They have lots of parking spaces,lot of them for free on the back of the hotel and for 14 euro/24hr you can park your car in front of the hotel. Overall we loved our stay here and we will definitely come back again.

Quite pricey,but worth the money. It's a shame that they don't have the restaurant which they used to have and now they are only serving pizza and a few cakes. I've used to have here the apple strudel with warm vanilla sauce,but they don't serve that anymore.

I loved the sauna and pool facilities. The rooms were clean and there was a shopping mall nearby, so it was good to eat or shop. The rooms are spacious and the staff were really friendly and kind. My husband and I left the room happily to visit again.

We so much wanted to stay for 3 more days. But the parking fee is added to 15euros a day, but even if I want to stay for a long time, 45 euros will be added for 3 days, so I was worried about the accommodation itself. So I had no choice but to go somewhere else.

The room was big, with comfortable bed and clean. The pool and wellness area is beautiful, though quite far. The gym highly equipped. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety.

Air condition was very weak. There is only one maintanence guy, no one at the pool to give towels. There is only one waitor at the restaurant for dinner, so waiting time is long. No coffee or tea in the rooms.

I come back every time with pleasure. It is a very ok location for me, both from the point of view of positioning in front of the SCS and for making short forays into Baden or Vienna.

It is the 2nd time in 2 months that small misunderstandings occur due to parking. I am a long-time customer of this beautiful location, but like now I have not experienced such confusion, possibly because of a superficial English spoken by the reception staff on that shift. Overall, the reservation on Booking was also found, and my desire to park for a fee in front of the location - at the entrance - was also understood. Otherwise just as clean and just as ok location. Attention - I'm coming back! 🤭

wi fi very very weak and slow especially after 20.00hrs every day is not existing !!!!!

Wellness centre is gr8. Gr8 pools ,sauna , jacuzzi, gim , table tennis and more. Bar area is nice. Nice and big room with comfortable beds.

Parking place is not by the hotel and requires a short walk(not a big deal 🙂). Included breakfast is quite poor .. the fancy breakfast costs 20euros extra. The bed in the room was twin beds joined together instead of one king size.

Room: pretty big and nice room. i stayed in superior room. comfortable beds. really nice with huge windows, gets good daylight. carpet on the floor, but nice and clean. nicely decorated. early 2000 Style. Mini fridge is really affective. Bathroom: clean and bright bathroom. i loved the hair dryer with a long hose:) smart. Towels are king size and soft. much better than other hotels I stayed in Wien. Wellness: it’s the reason I selected this hotel. nice indoor and outdoor pools. small garden but very cosy. during July it can be very hot in Wien. Stuff: very helpful front desk stuff. everyone can speak English and kind helpful guys. no sad face:) parking: if you have your private car, it’s option for free parking, parking for 15 euro per day and parking for 20 Euro per day. the one it cost is the safest spot. At 20 Euro parking spots, you get also charging possibility for your electrical car. Price: at this price and quality, I think this is the best Otel you get in Wien, it’s a bit far from city center but there is local train every 10 mins in about 3 mins walking distance from hotel. Shopping centre: 4 mins walking distance, you find the biggest shopping centre in Wien. really enjoyed it. Restaurant: prices here same as the shopping centre. only centre has more choice. try the tasty cakes in cafe at hotel I tested one everyday :) Wi-Fi: Works really good all over the hotel. nice solution. housekeeping: good timing every time:) i have extended my stay.

wellness : there was only swimming pool. hotel said they would employ new people to bring the spa back to life again. would be nice to try a massage after a long day and long walk. maybe next time. bathroom: some people might choose to have curtains over the bathtub in bathroom. i would prefer a shower with a glass wall. No tea/coffee offer in the rooms. i strongly recommend to the hotel to a place water cooker with some local tea or coffee samples. i know it might be reason for removing that item ( fire prevention or carpets to be difficult to wash off) but some people need a coffee before breakfast 😅 TV: works fine if you can speak German😅 there was only some news channel in English. TV was useless for me after I saw all the news at once 😂
