It is a quaint little property located in the midst of Icher Sheheri or Old Town walls of Baku. The photos and descriptions of the hotel do justice to the reality. Whilst the location is great and the hotel is well maintained, the crown jewel of the property is the Staff personnel who are attending the desks, especially Kamran who is usually available at the hotel at night. He is extremely helpful and made our stay so much more great. This kind of hospitality is missing in a lot of Azeri AirBnbs as well as Hotel. We liked our stay for one night initially so much that we repeated our stay and have recommended the hotel to our friends as well.

The old town requires payment of 2 manat as entry, plus in our case, the police at the Old town gates did not allow cabs to enter and reach the hotel. As a result, we had to drag a luggage to the hotel through the cobbled stones. May be some information about such adhoc measures, if available beforehand to the guests, would be useful while booking Uber or planning for luggage. However, it was not the fault of the hotel but some intimation about the same would have been great. In fact, in such a situation, the hotel (Kamran and others) staff really helped us when we were leaving the hotel.

This was not my first stay at the Art Club Hotel. My fist impression in Dec 2021 about this Boutique Hotel in the Old city of Baku was very positive. And every time when I am back to Baku and it’s a pleasure to stay in Art Club. What are the advantages of this venue to me: - only 20-25 min way to the airport; - perfect location in the Old city: everything in Baku like museums, malls, points of attraction, art galleries and ATM and etc are very accessible from there; - price: there are always nice offers on booking.com if the reservation is made in advance; - quiet location: there are only 11 rooms in two separate parts of the hotel, therefore a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere; - spacious rooms are well equipped. this time I was lucky to stay in a suite with a terrace - large room, great view and nice rate on booking); - service is very good: the room and bathroom were clean and the terrace as well; the reception lady and the staff are always ready to support; - the authentic interiors of the hotel and every room create a striking and memorable atmosphere. It feels like being in a living museum where you can enjoy the history, culture and traditions of Azerbaijan; - restaurant Art Club on the ground-floor is one of the best in Baku and the breakfast there is just awesome😀

Beautiful hotel, It has a lot of character, charm and well located in the old city. Staff were excellent and attentive. Room no. 4 was superb with a nice balcony view. Comfortable bed and plenty of space for our luggage. The bonus feature was the provision of Netflix on the TV.

Nothing.

The hotel was at an amazing good location, most places to visit are on walking distance. The cleanliness was very well. We had daily fresh towels incl. sanitary stuff. The restaurant had amazing good food and live local/authentic music. The staff was so so so nice, the hospitality was beyond average and it gave a warm feeling when coming to the hotel. It really felt like home. The first day of my trip, i realized i forgot my medicines and Günay from the hotel helped me so nicely and called some pharmacy so the medicine could be delivered at the hotel. It was the most welcomed place i've ever been to. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you so much! I'll definitely come back again.

It was very nice to spend the holiday in your wonderful hotel. What makes staying in the hotel a unique experience is its amazing location in old Baku + excellent cleanliness + excellent room space + the restaurant serves delicious food at a reasonable price. Everyone in the hotel is welcome to help. I feel at home, everyone is so kind and friendly I will definitely not forget this experience and will repeat it. Staying in this hotel made Baku experience unique.

I have some note: The hotel does not have an elevator, it is not suitable for the elderly and pregnant women. Walking the stairs will be tiring. + We had some problems with the air conditioning, but they are always fixed very quickly without delay.

Incredible staff members. Amazing location at the centre of the ancient old town.

Wished there was a coffee machine at the room.

The Art Club hotel is a wonderful place. Great hotel, wonderful and spacious rooms - we stayed at a suite - right in the middle of the old city. The staff was extremly helpful, especially Abduzahmann, who greeted us as we arrived and when we were leaving. The breakfast, although we didnt use it, seemed very good. Really wonderful place to keep you rekaxed while discovering Baku. Highly recommended!

It’s really clean and quiet because it’s inside Old Baku. The surroundings are stunning and I’m so thankful for every staff who were very hospitable, caring, and kind enough to help me with luggages. Heater work wonders, just need to wait for a minute or two the your hot shower is ready. Because the buildings are quite old, there are no elevators but the staff are always there to help. They also offered private tours and tips on how to explore the city, which places to go, and what to eat. Couldn’t be thankful enough that my first ever trip to Baku and my stay was with Art Club Hotel team.
