Location is perfect, walking distance to the city center. The atmosphere at the hotel is friendly and you can feel like home. Staff at the reception desk, lady in the kitchen, cleaning lady are amazing! Everyone is helpful, speaking English and Russian. Breakfast is swedish table (sausages, cheese, white cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, egg, also some sweets, coffee and tea). There was AC, kettle, water, mini-fridge, hairdryer, towels, mini shower gel and shampoo in the room.

Great location, walking distance to most local attractions. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delightful and homely, Sophia took such good care of us. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend to others!

Communications needs to be better amongst the staff. E.g. we booked a tour or a taxi from one person, but no one else at reception seems to have that information at all. So this caused a little panic here and there but all was eventually sorted out.

One of the most accomodating hotel.. with Good staff. Polite and helpful.. Highly recommended. Great location, a 5 minute walk to the centre and 10 minute walk to the old town. lovely friendly staff who were on hand to help, even if the language barrier hindered us sometimes. lovely big room with the cot we asked for in the room when we arrived. lovely and clean with clean towels and bins emptied daily. staff treated our daughter like a princess and cooked her scrambled eggs all of her own on a couple of occasions. breakfast was included and was fresh and different each day, with your staples available every day. we were on the ground floor which was perfect with the buggy and a 2 year old. thanks so much for a lovely stay!

the duvet on the bed could have been a bigger size. but that's all I can think of!

We enjoyed our stay here for five nights. Room was good size, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect! Right in heart of action yet a relatively calm street. Staff were very friendly and helpful with information and arranging logistics. Also quite accommodating with miscellaneous needs or requests. The breakfast was good and had new items daily- and the main woman running it, Zelda (sp.?) was phenomenal!!! She always had a smile with positive energy and thus was a pleasure to see and start your day with. Good spot- recommend.

Only thing that went amiss was a mixup for our first night which somehow put us in a room we didn’t book and that was far inferior. However, the management corrected the situation by the morning and made it right by offering some additional services and benefits as compensation. Although a rough first night, in the end the situation was handled justly and professionally.

I had an incredible stay at Moss Art Boutique Hotel in Baku! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff who made me feel right at home. Very nice location close to everything, nice and helpful staff, and very clean facilities and rooms. Turana and the other guys at the reception were also very helpful and explained things well whenever needed.

the location and staff… the place is very near nizami street… You can explore the old city and tourist spots just by walking… The staff speaks were very accomodating, helpful and always greeted us with a smile…very light and welcoming.. and they understand and speaks english well .. The room was already when we arrived.. they let us check in early without additional payment..😊 The breakfast was also good.. you can start your day with a good hearty breakfast…

This hotel is located very well, close and in walking distance to the old town and other sights of Baku. The staff were very friendly and helpful on multiple occasions. They organised a simple, vegan breakfast for us on request, helped us to organise a trip to the mud volcanoes and supported us with transport after we had issues with local taxis. The room was spacious and overall very comfortable. The area seemed safe. Staff spoke good English which really helped us with our queries.
