Excellent breakfast, total value for money, great coffee, croissants and egg omlettes, and liege waffles. Spacious room, bathroom and love the quiet neighbourhood in a residential place. It is a 30 min walk from main city center or you can take an uber, but I still prefer to stay in a quieter non commericial neighbourhood than staying in the touristy locations. It was close to the touristy spots and centraal station with the right amount of distance to provide the peace and quiet

Some people mentioned the rooms being thin walled. I did not face this issue. Sometimes there is noise from the street but since its a residential neighbourhood, its rare. They also provide ear plugs in case, but I did not need it and I am a light sleeper. I think overall, it is a value for money place.

The "Roaring 20s" design of the hotel is pleasantly consistent (except the obvious contemporary comforts), with lots of interesting detail. The feeling is lush but cosy; the rooms are well heated despite the large windows. The furnishings and decoratons are thought-through. I liked the practicality of a 24/7 reception, with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is within walking distance of several pleasant, affordable places to eat.

I personally prefer a kettle but I guess that the majority will appreciate the coffee machine! The only issue I had was with the audible noise from the corridor. I wonder if it was possible to soundproof the doors to the rooms?

The boutique hotel is situated not far from the shopping road and boasts a charming garden view at the front. Though the rooms are compact (around 18 m2), they offer ample space to open luggage comfortably. Additionally, one of our members enjoyed the VIP room, which was incredibly spacious and loved it.

We enjoyed the spacious VIP rooms, but were disappointed to find no elevator access to that part of the hotel, requiring us to carry large and heavy luggage to the 3rd floor and the underground room ourselves. Additionally, the toilet shades only covered half of the bathtub, leading to water spilling outside. Moreover, the amenities provided varied between rooms, with one offering "body and shampoo" and hand soap, while another had hand soap and "shampooing," leaving us unsure if the bottles were recycled and if the shampoo was suitable for body use.

The housekeeping staff didn't knock before entering the room and found me naked as I had just taken a shower and was getting dressed.

The hotel is around a 15 minute walik from Brussels Midi station, so a great location for the Chareloi airport transfer. Please note the walk is however all uphill :) The beds are comfortable and the breakfast was great - a lot of variety, including hot options. Easy access to metro stations but the centre of town is an easy 30 minute walk away.

One small probelm was that our sink was blocked on the second day and had not been resloved by the time we checked out the following morning. We cleaned our teeth in the shower so no big deal.

Staff were friendly and very accommodating. We were able to check in much earlier than the original check in time. There were a couple of issues in our initial room (extremely warm and a loud noise coming from the AC unit) but once reported we were moved straight away. Transport links are good in the area.

Although the rooms are nice, they are small and fairly cramped. There is no fridge in the room. The lift was unreliable - only one lift for the whole hotel so often you are waiting quite a while to use it, not too much of an issue if you are on the lower floors.

I liked the cleanliness of the room itself. Also the bed was big and the 2 different types of pillows were nice to choose from. The bathroom's sink area were spacious and the sink were comfortable. The little desk area with 2 mini bottles of water were a nice feature. The staff at the front desk (particularly one of them) were very friendly and provided kindly the information asked.

The common areas were a bit dark, not as clean as the room and a bit cramped. Some of the features in the room were outdated (such as the shower doors did not close completely, the lighting above the sink in the bathroom could've been brighter, the doorlock of the room did not close properly, the elevator is very tight and perhaps outdated). There were a bar somewhere in/near the courtyard, so there is a lot of noise on the weekend evenings when the room is facing courtyard.

The location was not great. It’s at the edge of the main tourist attractions. It takes 10 mins to walk to the closest metro station and another 10 mins on metro to reach the heart of Brussels. But I think the hotel rate justified it. We booked a deluxe double room for four of us (3 adults and 1 child). There were two single beds and one sofa bed turned into a double bed. We also request a cot which was provided when we arrived. The room size was decent enough to fit all of us and good enough for my toddler to run around. We also booked our breakfast. The breakfast selection was good for its price. The restaurant was clean. I wish there were more high chairs to cater young children. Staff were all super friendly. They all answered our requests swiftly and politely.

Location, a bit far away from metro (but again, the price justified it so I have no complaints!) Nothing else really.

We booked the cheapest room, without balcony. When we arrived, we could not believe our eyes: it was LARGE, with a huge bed, and also a couch, lot of space in the room, large toilet, and an area for our cloths... and carpet around the bed. coffee and tea machine in the room, free water, nice furniture, flat tv, high speed wireless internet, soft bad and so on. They changed our towels every day (OAU). The breakfast is clearly that of a 4 star hotel, not just for 3 stars :) We have eaten at 5 star hotels that did not offer such a variety at breakfast! Every day, there were 6 types of hot foods available; the cold ones were over 20 types... many vegetarian options were available, row vegan people also could find food, gluten-free food was also there, lactose-free and so on... I enjoyed the pineapple juice (they also had orange and apple and waters) and the cappuccino :) So, anyway, a delicious and abundant breakfast. The staff at the reception were especially friendly. They give us details about the city and many more... i loved that they spoke our language! OAU. I think there is some sort of floor heating, since the room was always hot :) The heating system might not have enough power during summer. The bathroom was especially hot, too hot i may say... and the ventilation in the bathroom could be improved :) The hotel is located just 4 minutes walking distance from the Metro station. It was easy to carry the check-in luggage. Regarding the price... of cours it is expensive, it is located in the center and they offer so many :) When we return to Brusseles, we will try to check-in at The Scott again...

1. Just one elevator, max 3 people, and i think it is not ventilated. I got scared, when it stopped between floors, due to overweight :) 2. i wonder why they don't offer some sort of dinner :) we had to search for restaurants nearby, and what we found was not always pleasant: either too expensive, either not of good quality... 3. the room didn't have a refrigerator. it can be useful, especially during summer. 4. near the Metro station, there are homeless people, sleeping on the sidewalk, during the night. The police are allowing this ??

The room was really big & the bed was so comfortable. A good value for the money I paid for. The sitting area was nice but there was no view because they gave me the room that was -1 underground. Maybe because we were with 4. I guess the rooms upstairs in the building can only accommodate 2. The min point also was the tiny stairs to go downstairs to the room which was a bit difficult to carry our baggages downstairs. But all in all I liked the room & the bathroom was really nice & new. Also within walking distance were coffee shops & restaurants.

The tiny stairs were a bit difficult to carry our baggages downstairs.
