- Outstanding service. I arrived late, but was happily greeted. Very accommodating and helpful staff (I ran out of toothpaste and couldn't find any around local stores and they procured some for me). - Large, comfortable bed. - Plenty of space in the room. - Water in the shower was nice and hot, and pressure was fine. - Located directly across the street from a good restaurant.

- The shower was...interesting. There are a ton of nozzles, but the main one (above) didn't work, so you had to use the wand, but the placement of the wand made it such that it would spray water above my head (I'm 5'7") and it's not adjustable. B/c I had an injury, this posed issues (since i couldn't go hands free). - Towels were very rough as well. - The surrounding area didn't feel the safest at night, so be aware of that. My friends vouched for this as they stayed somewhere else 5 min away and felt the same.

It is a special hotel where the decor looks like a Moroccan Ryad - very beautiful. The family which runs it is very friendly; upon arrival they gave me very good explanation of the city and things to do. The bed was very comfy - I slept very well. The shower is also good and strong. There are nice toiletries and a coffee machine in the room. The location is across the river from the city center but just steps away. Very nice Moroccan tea for breakfast :).

Breakfast was not very good value for money (it is optional so I would not have it again) There were very few things.

Very beautiful and cozy hotel of Moroccan inspiration, very welcoming and warm hearted staff, close to the city center and to lots of restaurants and brasseries. The rooms are not very big but they are equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The beds are very comfortable. Possibility of free parking on the street square in front of the hotel.

Still freshly built. There is still strong smell of concrete mixture for tiles in the bathroom.

The interior design is one of a kind, the staff were excellent, friendly and with a common sense rarely met. The room was clean, the view from the balcony was good for taking photos (the combination of houses and the sky) and the bed really comfortable.

The only thing I could say wasn't enough is the room space. It is tiny, tiny and you have to watch out so you won't hit the furniture.

Comfortable, clean and central location for the City. The Building includes an elevator up to the 2nd floor to reach the 3rd floor which is great for heavy luggage. A family run hotel!

Bathroom shower doors need some repairs but otherwise, excellent facilities!

- The bed was comfortable and kingsize. - The room is spacious and great decorated. - Parking is easy and free on the street. - Nice restos in the neighbourhood. - The owner is very friendly. - The location is near the city center.

- There is an elevator but you still need to walk on small stairs so it's not practical for people with wheelchairs or strollers. - Be careful with parking because sometimes the parking is used for the morning market. Just ask the owner for his parking advice. - No microwave is provided in the hotel.

Good location and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I’ve never met a more friendly or service minded hotel staff than these guys. They were just adorable. 10/10 service. Good at English too. You will be in good hands if you’re staying here.

Nothing to complain about.

free coffee even if you didn't pay for the breakfast package, the owner and operator were extremely helpful and the location was only a 500m walk from the old town. Showers had great water pressure.
