Pretty Astro-Hungarian building tucked away in a quiet street just 5 min walk from the centre. Very convenient location. Breakfast was excellent. We had a tour booked for 8 AM (breakfast starts at 8), and when we informed the staff, they allowed to have breakfast at 0730AM. We also contacted them, because we had a very early flight and we wanted to check if we could possibly have an early check in. They allowed us to enter the room at 11AM, as it had been prioritised. Staff is lovely and very helpful, we felt truly at home.

As it’s a historic building, there is no lift, but it really is not that bad, very worth it!

We arrived incredibly late in the evening and the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly. This meant a lot as we were tired and over travelling. We were given a room at the very top of the stairs and the receptionist walked us all the way up to show us our room. Room was big with a place to put luggage. Window opened to let fresh air in. Bed was good and the pillows were comfy. Bathroom was bigger than normal. We liked how it was quiet.

Shower head wasn't placed in a good area of the shower which made it interesting to shower. Breakfast area was small and had little selection.

Located close to the city center, room is big and in a good condition, breakfast included in the price also adds points.

Beds are too soft for my taste, and unfortunately sound insulation is very poor (you can hear your neighbours behind the wall). Parking can be an issue (I'm not reducing the rating for it since the hotel warns about potential options). Option 1 - line in front of the hotel, 10 EUR/day - there were no spaces available. We found an empty free of charge place over the corner (but it was a luck and I wouldn't count on it next time, in general parking in this area is a trouble). Other option is 20 EUR/day underground parking nearby, and this cost you need to consider

A wonderful boutique hotel in the very center of Sarajevo, you can reach Bašćaršija in 5 minutes on foot. The rooms are clean and spacious enough - the beds are super comfortable!! You know you are in the right place after the first few minutes of meeting the staff, they are all very friendly and kind and they gave us excellent advice regarding restaurants, local cuisine and excursions. Breakfast was a dream!! Delicious and everything is freshly prepared! We had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel, which stands out in its category in a very good location, few minutes from the old town. The things which I found special about this hotel are: +Staff was extremely friendly and kind, so the hotel had "like at home" vibes + Bosnian coffee at the terrace + Breakfast was very tasty, as if was home-made which always included some Bosnian special dishes. It wasn't standard or boring and as for a small hotel in this category that was one of the best breakfast I had

- a very soft mattress, but I got used to it. Keep that in mind if you prefer to sleep on a hard mattress - Firs we were assigned to the room with the issues with mold in the bathroom. The bathroom was flooded from upstairs in the past. This is not a standard room in this hotel. Ask for another one

ALL members of staff we met where very friendly and welcoming. Always a smile on their faces when approach. They helped out with requests without any problems. So refreshing to see. Please go to this Hotel and experience it yourself. Breakfast Room small but fine. Breakfast was very nice. Great coffee, good choice of food and drinks.

We had room 101 and on the Booking.com site it said, that the room should have a safe. It did not. Not a big problem, but it would be better, so we could have put our valuable away while sightseeing.

Location could not have been more perfect, I was about a 7 minute walk from the centre of Sarajevo. You are also about 5 minutes from a Tram stop and 10 from a bus stop - ideal if you want to go a bit further although most things you need are walking distance. Breakfast looked delicious when I walked past (I don't eat breakfast so this doesn't apply to me but for those of you that do, it looked great)! The staff are so lovely and so sweet, really willing to help and always welcoming when you come back in! Room itself was very clean, I had a lovely large bed to myself and it was very clean!

The hotel is in an excellent location, a couple of minutes to the old town. The staff were the most friendliness i have ever met. Due to the hotel being small, the staff made you feel like you were the only customers. It was my birthday whilst there, and i was presented with beautiful flowers in my room. This was very much appreciated. We found Breakfast to be lovely, with a lovely choice of bread, meat, and cheeses along with fresh eggs and sausages. The room was lovely and clean. Yes, it is basic, however, excellent value for money. If you have mobility problems, be aware that there are no lifts. I would highly recommend this hotel and a visit to sarajevo.

A wardrobe in the room and drawers to store clothes. Apart from that, everything else was excellent

Very close to the Old town of Sarajevo Arman (the receptionist), give that man a pay rise! Super friendly, gaved us a lot of advices what you can do and where you can go for food in Sarajevo.

(At first) bit hard to find, because the Hotel sign is not that big. Booking says there is a direct parking lot, this is not the full truth. (Parking lot was offered afterwards), we choosed a garage which is 5min by foot away. WiFi was a bit difficult TV (which we didn't use) not adjustable The bathroom can easily be flooded as the shower cubicle is somewhat awkwardly positioned. But none of these are things that couldn't be worked on and didn't have an extremely negative impact on the stay...

Room had all you needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean. Location was great walking distance to all the main attractions/ old town. Walking distance to main bus and train station, airport bus stop just round the corner as well. The staff was super friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was super delicious, every day a sufficient amount of options with freshly made crepes, different options of eggs, sausages, fruit and veg, salads, sauces, cheeses, cold meets, fresh bread rolls, French toasts the list goes on! I really highly recommend this place.
