Conveniently located and comfortable hotel reasonably priced for a 5* property. Perhaps because it feels a little bit oudated. The staff however was efficient and courteous. The room, located on the 10th floor was not well insulated from the street noise. The a/c was quite noisy.

Great location near Av Paulista. The hotel is modern and has all the amenities you will require including a club lounge for this who book club rooms. The rooms are large. The hotel is great for Business or pleasure.
The room I stayed in only had a kettle and not a coffee machine. the carpet in the room looked tired.

I liked the hotel very much. It is in an excellent location and because we got a room on an upper floor we had a view of the city. The room was relatively spacious, the beds very comfortable, and nothing special, but we liked the breakfast too.

It’s very safe and private to stay there, very clean, and the staff is super polite! The WhatsApp room service is quick and easy, I like it a lot!
It got quite cold for a few days there and my room went from 23° to 19° at night, I called reception in the morning and they sent a small electric heater. I wish they had informed me by chat that their heating system is not working and offer the electric heater before I spend a cold night in my room.

All of the staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. The service at the desk, in the bar and in the restaurant is excellent. Location is perfect. Bathroom is modern and the room was beautifully appointed.

The friendliness of the front desk was excellent. We arrived early in the morning and were checked in straight away. Also a late check-out was arranged with a smile. The desk was very helpful arranging my PCR test. Compliments to all staff and management !
