The view from the balcony was amazing. The personnel were super polite. Great salads and fruits! Overall it is not bad value for money. If your intentions are to stay only in the hotel you might not be extremely happy. We used the hotel as a hub for different trips around the area, slept there and occasionally did some spa.

Two times the meat which came as part of the half board had a bad, almost rotten smell. The other times it was great. The inner pool had an extremely chemical smell, which made our eyes extremely itchy and red. I know it is for our good, but still. The overall condition of the hotel is a bit worn. Scratches here and there, rust on the bath tub, a bit of mould on the silicone. It is not that bad and you can see this reflects on the price.

Bathroom overaly clean but silicne round bath needs to be replaced with new one, since black one does not look nice in any hotel. Othervise super.

The only thing that didn't make sense was that inspite the fact that the apartment had a kitchen with stove and oven, there were no pots, pans, knifes and forks etc., Which made the whole kitchen totally irrelevant. The local dinning room manager had provided us with knifes and forks to our request.

Great place for family vacation. The apartment was clean and comfortable for all of the family. The food during the breakfast and dinner was perfect. The reastaurant staff attitude was just on a very high level. The facilities: swimming pool and spa was great, appropriate for adults and kids. Best match price&quality! We will get back ;) the nature around is just amazing.

There were no kitchenette (forks, spoons, knives, plates)on the apartment and the reception staff didn't allow us to take any to have lunchn in the apartment, even the fact there was kitchen box with oven, washing machine and so on...but....

The apartment, the SPA and the hotel itself were very very very clean. The hygiene was at its best. The suite was very comfortable and cozy. One of the best things was that there was a laundry machine available in the suite and we had no problems with wet or smelly ski clothes. The rooms were enough heated and the laundry dried in one night. The views of Pirin and the golf course were spectacular.

The food is questionable if you choose halfboard- if the hotel is not full-you have to choose your dinner from a set menu which is rather poor. The food from the block table is enough, but with a little to choose from. Dining is not strong in the hotel. Breakfast on the other side was very good.

The room was spacious and bright, with a view of the mountain- really beautiful! The spa was also clean and nice, from there during the day you have a view of the mountain as well. There was a small gym, which i found nice as an option even though we couldn't make use of it.

One thing i was not completely satisfied with was the breakfast. The choice was a bit limited but that was not even the main issue, I've found the products on offer (apart from the frits which were fine) to be of not the best quality.

some of the facilities are not working without any notice - the ski rental shop for example. the food is nice but lacks variety. we stayed for 6 nights and the breakfast on the buffet was exactly the same each morning, the dinner was also pretty the same each evening. this is really not ok for people with longer reservations

it's quite far from Bansko and roads are not always cleaned (the small street where the hotel is located is not a good place to park during the winter as you might find your car hit by other cars) beds are really awful!

Hotel rooms and view. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Location to ski slopes. We did not realize it would be so far from the town and gondola station and hotel shuttle will be so infrequent.

shuttle bus to the ski area should be more frequent especially for the return. only 2 options for a return with one hour and a half difference is not convenient. think about scheduling a 15:45 return hour
