The hotel was perfectly located. We went for a mountain biking holiday and during the summer months the hotel is very quiet so you get a personalised experience. They allowed us to lock our mountain bikes away safely overnight, use the spa at the end of a day of riding and at breakfast when the hotel was quite well could order what we needed. The staff were very friendly and always welcomed us with a happy face and were always available for a chat.

We ate dinner one day in the hotel and the meals felt a bit basic. While it was cheap, we had to order vegetables as an extra for each meal. This might be a Bulgaria thing though.

I would highly recommend this hotel to those with kids and family who want to literally ski out the back door to the ski lift. Great snow and runs for all. Svetlio the manager was amazing and so kind, as well as Svetlin the ski shop manager who is very helpful and kind with ensuring you get all the proper equipment for skiing or snow boarding. The restaurant and bar service was great and so accomodating, including Tzveti who makes great coffee early in the morning. It was like staying in the comfort of your own home with family, but had all the necessary hotel accomodations you would need while away from home. Great hot showers, comfortable bed and sofa chairs, great wifi, clean and great snack bar outside the backside of hotel for breaks throughout the day during ski time. The Borovets village is right out the front door with many unique shops, and lively restaurants, bars and very walkable. And it's only a short hour or so drive from Sofia airport. Amazing trip all the way around.

Excellent location, excellent new spa with dry sauna, steam room and a small pool. Variety of body treatments in the spa with very good and professional masseurs. Loved the view from the hotel dining room. Ski hire in the hotel, very convenient. My son had a very goid progress in skiing thanks to his ski instructor Nikolay I can say that Nikolay was fantastic to children. The weather was on the plus side in our week there in February but miraculously there was enough snow on the pistes for skiing. All in all, it was a great holiday and thank you for everything!

There was a little misunderstanding considering dining in the hotel in the evening. Apparently you need to pay for it in the morning of the same day, you cant pay for it when you check out. That was not explained and it led to a not so nice experience in the evening where the waiter told us we cant eat in the dining room because we didnt pay for it n the morning. Otherwise everybody else in the hotel was very nice to us

This is a fabulous hotel perfectly positioned at the bottom of the slopes at Borovets. The dining room looks out over the slopes and you can watch the early morning skiers as you have your breakfast, and the night skiers as you enjoy your dinner. I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

The was nothing that I didn't like.

Absolutely perfect location to skii in Borovets. You can see the slopes from the window and easily ski in and out. The breakfast and dinner were great. Wifi was fast. The staff were super helpful and nice. There is a spa in the hotel and I booked a few massages which were great after a day of skiing.

This is not even a complaint, because everything was really great, but be aware that since you are so close to the slopes and everything that it will be a bit loud at night. It didn't bother us at all, but I know that it would bother some people.

very friendly staff and the room backing onto the slopes is a brilliant feature, didn't make breakfast so can't comment but we were made a packed sandwich and water parcel each as we were leaving at 2am which was a lovely gesture.

Trying to get a seat on the Hotel outside balcony which were overtook by skiers who don't stay at the hotel, I would have thought the hotel would reserve a couple of tables for hotel guests only, just an observation..

Hotel position, accomodation, facilities, parking space [too little for hotel number of rooms, but enough in summer].

Restaurant menu for breakfast is not very explicit, just some titles without details. In summer, they serve by your selection probably to avoid food lack. It was nice to add to the menu someting like: you can request personnel to add at basic selection more components you like: a fruit, some jam, butter ....

Probably the best location in Borovets with true ski-in, ski-out ability, right next to both a chair and button lift; wonderful view; great service; lovely clean, well-equipped rooms; reasonable breakfast - lovely place to stay.

The noise from the karaoke bar two buildings down, which went on to the early hours of the morning, plus the noise of the Pistenbullys working throughout the night; even with the windows closed, you couldn't shut the noise of either out.

Best team ever I meet in Bulgarian hotel till now.Everybody are so nice and friendly,no matter if hotel is full or just you with you family ,they treating you with such kindness and respect,the rooms are very clean,indoor temperature was extremely hot for me -around 27 degrees (outside was -5).10/10 points from my family,with joy will visit again.

Excellent location right next to the main lift & village center. Hotel is equipped with a gym, spa facilities and a bar in the lobby. Front porch overlooks the slopes.

Ski room is part of the hotel’s ski shop. If you rent equipment in a different ski depot than the hotel’s, you’ll need to pay 10lv/night for storing your skis. Not a lot, but I would expect free ski room regardless of where I rent my skis.
