The property is very modern, clean and well kept, comfy beds and a great location, 2 mins walk from the gondola. The pool area is lovely, with a hot tub and steam room/ sauna. We had low expectations of the breakfast included, but there was a good selection provided, even for fussy eaters! Rooms are really big (especially for a ski resort) with lots of storage space.

My son said the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable, but they rarely are and he managed fine. As other reviews have said, the whole hotel is unbelievably hot (I wouldn’t want their heating bill) but equally all rooms have plenty of windows you can open, but it does feel like a waste of heating. The hotel advertises ski storage, which has a strange policy that it’s free, if they are your own skis or you rent from their shop, but if you rent elsewhere, you have to pay? Never experienced that in any ski resort before, but here where you hire will store then you for free, so seems to be a Bulgarian thing (my tip, hire from next to the lifts, then you don’t have to walk with your skis!)

Super friendly ski rental service, huge apartments, cosy lobby and hotel overall, easy parking, well maintained and boutique style hotel. Super stay in general - it is our third time! Some foods on the menu were super tasty (pasta, the soups, amazing carrot salad), a few were lacking (chicken fillet not done very well, gravy sauce)

Perhaps swimming pool could have been warmer, but it was still pleasant enough. Jacuzzi was not super clean, but sauna and steam room were great.

Excellent location next to gondola lift, breakfast is quite good, enough for our preferences. The Hotel upgraded our room for free which was very appreciated. Room was very spacious and offered all amenities someone can expact from a hotel. Hotel spa was very good, pool and jacuzzi temperature was warm. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. We rented equipment from the hotel which was very easy and convenient. Ski equipment quality was very good and prices were fair.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was great.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was huge and the rooms were quiet and relaxing. The spa was such a bonus after a days skiing. Staff were reserved but very helpful when I needed assistance. Breakfast was reliable and something for everyone.

Our room was so hot. We turned off all the heat, but we were still roasting. Maybe it was that we were on the top floor. No staff members checking on spa area. Children shouting and throwing ball in what was supposed to be a relaxing spa area

Good location, parking, good breakfast

Personal didn't pay much attention to guests. For example at SPA were children who played with ball in pool and yelled and nobody come to set the atmosphere as it should be at a SPA(calm). Parking lot was verry icy and you could hardly park without slipping in another car.

The hotel is very well located. Next to the gondola lift and few minutes walk from the other lifts. Breakfast was excellent. On the day we were leaving we had to leave the hotel before the breakfast. The stuff made us sandwiches to take us to the airport. The room was very comfortable with additional relax space and big bathroom. In the wardrobe we could find bathrobes to go to spa. Spa worth to go and spend some relaxing time after a day of skiing

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Probably ok for the kids to sleep on but as my mother wanted to sleep in separate space it was impossible for her to do that

The women on reception/front desk was so warm and welcoming and did the most to help us when leaving. We had an issue with our transport to the airport and she helped us swiftly get a taxi so we didn't miss our flight home. Can't thank her enough sorry didn't get her name. Hotel is a close walk to slopes and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

Underneath the bed and basically the furniture that didn't move easily ,was really dusty. It was a crazy amount of dust it needs to be cleaned ASAP. Also the toilet was not cleaned to a high enough standard. Their was dirt and hair from the people that stayed there before us.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly! The breakfast was really nice and we enjoyed dinner there as well. It was quiet and warm. Spa was small but we liked that there was no crowd and it was very clean. Steamroom didn’t work though the one time we tried to go.

There was no hot water in the shower, it was warm but not hot enough for us. Also I found it really hard to sleep at night bc the room was so hot.

Very large clean modern rooms, lovely breakfast choices & they always bring out more to keep the buffet full. Fantastic spa centre and gym. Very friendly staff that make you feel very welcome and look after your needs. The location is top class, right next to the gondola. We will return next year for sure

The breakfast offered limited options and became monotonous after a few days. The receptionist spoke no English, which is unusual for an area frequented by tourists. The radiator produced disturbing noises when in use.
