The location of the hotel is perfect for both leisure (close to the beach and the historical center) and business. Clean, large rooms, excellent sound insulation.

The check-in procedure was not as it should be (apart from that the staff was very well behaved). The breakfast, although varied, could be improved in terms of quality of products served. Their parking lot is small, we didn't find a place (it costs 20 leva per day) but we parked in the public one, right in front of the hotel (16 leva per day and an application is required)

The room view as always was fascinating

The bathroom smell like shit! Was discussing! Like homeless people pee in the corner of the bath. And the room 813 was the noises at hole hotel. Elevators and AC sounds all the night.

Very comfortable hotel, clean and nice rooms.

Food is very bad. I have been 2 time at the restaurant of the hotel food always bad, not fresh, at all. Restaurant is very cold in the winter. Spa is always full, adults playng ball in the pool and throwing slippers to each other. Nobody is saying anything about that.

Location close to the Hall where Medical Doctors celebrated their success.

No tea mugs in room, no milk no enough bottled water for 2 people to drink.

Excellent room, nice view. Close to a nice park. Clean hotel and good value for money overall. The TV was amazing, very big for a hotel and you can connect your netflix account to it. Excellent shower too.

Very crowded parking, so we had to pay for underground parking. The breakfast was "meh", nothing interesting to eat. Ok overall just not great. Also the indoor pool is very small and the so-called jacuzzi is quite bad. Water was warm though. To top that there was a lot of people with children and children jumped in the water right near the "don't jump into pool" sign while parents cheered. Nobody to enforce any rule I guess.

Overall, a great stay. The triple room allows creating a 240cm wide bed which is ideal if kids don't like sleeping separately. I wish they'd add this option for apartments to get an even bigger room. Heating as desired, really hot water, pretty clean. In the middle of the city, close to all facilities.

Limited food choice, but the main restaurant was closed during the stay. No semaphore on the parking, and had to roll back a lot as other 2 cars passes the barrier. The carpet was pretty worn out.

Great breakfast (as always) big rooms, perfectly clean, great view to Black See and Varna harbor (of course from see side of the hotel) so book rooms with see view. The hotel restaurant still not working, yet there are plenty of restaurants options nearby, on the seaside or in the city

Worst experience was regarding access (and exit ...) to/from hotel underground parking. After first joy because there was still possible to find a place for my car (hotel own a very small number of parking places in their underground parking) I waited minutes in front of barrier because the phone number on the plate (need to call to grant access) wasn't functionally. The car driver after me opened barrier for me too with his tag ... There are video cameras supervising barrier, nobody took any action ... The same for exit - phone number doesn't work, barrier doesn't use a ground magnetic loop for free exit, another car driver allowed me to exit using his credentials ... Bad experience for me ... Also free wifi was low speed with frequently interruptions.

The hotel is very comfortable, and the SPA is amazing. The rooms are large and comfortable, and there was everything we needed. The stuff is friendly. The hotel is close to the park, and there is a grocery store in 2 minutes walk.

The water from the shower flows through the whole bathroom to the exit hole, it was a little bit strange. Also the television in our room was very small and it was hard to see from the bed. One of the nights it was windy, and we were listening to the whistle through the windows during the whole night.

Great big rooms, very comfortable beds, huge shower. We were traveling with 2 families and were given rooms next door, which was especially nice. Overall, the hotel is great!

very small and sad swimming pool. For a hotel of this level, it is extremely disappointing. The sauna is separate and you have to walk along a cold corridor to get to it. We chose the hotel largely because we wanted to relax with the children in the SPA. Definitely, compared to the wonderful rooms, the pool was disappointing.

There are a few things that we enjoyed very much in our short stay at this hotel: -the room: spacious, clean, with big dressing, with bathtub&walk-in shower, amenities. Big windows, excellent lighting&sea view, complimentary water, minibar- fully stocked -the pool clean and heated, nice sauna -the staff- very kind and helpful - Many thanks to Konstantin, our waiter, who reccommended us some excellent dishes. The food- extremely tasty and well cooked- compliments to the chef! -underground parking. -hotel location: near the park&the sea, very close to the zoo&dolphinarium
