I recently stayed at the Reverence Boutique Hotel in Varna and had a great experience. The staff at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially since I'm not speaking Bulgarian at all. They made everything easy, from guiding me around the city to explaining how to pay for parking, helping me to download the app and showing me how to pay. As a non-Bulgarian speaker, I greatly appreciated their fluency in English and support! The person at the reception was so helpful, friendly and she definitely contributed positively to my stay. Her positive contribution to my stay was undeniable. If you happen to come across this review, please know that your efforts on my wedding day were truly appreciated. Thank you once again for everything you did! The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their food and recipes. The rooms of the hotel were spacious, and I even used one of their superior room for my wedding day photoshoot – it was a great backdrop. The hotel's attention to detail and elegant design made for the perfect place to capture those special moments. I also enjoyed their spa facilities, which I booked in advance. If you book in advance, they will reserve the spa for 2 hours just for you and your group. Overall, my stay at Reverence Boutique Hotel was great and I will recomand. Without a doubt, if I find myself in Varna once more, I'll choose to reserve a room at this hotel again.

Personal very kind service

Really nice, clean bathroom and nice overall room. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city with FREE parking which nowadays in Bulgaria is unheard of.

Breakfast was lame, honestly for a boutique hotel you cannot serve such a basic breakfast. Sure the cake was nice but I want some bacon, I want some eggs, I want things to be cooked so I can choose from. The only extra was the mini frying pan where they offered to make you an omlet. And the ham that was given was the cheapest ham that you can buy from the store that tastes like rubber with some salt on. Either get rid of the breakfast completely or just change it.

This is our second time staying at this hotel as we had an amazing experience during our first time in Sept 2022. We got the junior suite this time, and it was a very comfortable stay for 2 people for 5 nights. My only suggestion for the junior suite is to have an additional shelf in the bathroom as the countertop space was limited. Breakfast buffet was nutritious with more selections than the other hotels that we have stay at in Bulgaria. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

Very polite and helpful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, great location. Sauna and all the relax zone was great (except for 1 of the settings on the jacuzzi was unusable due to it making unbearable noise). We needed a taxi at night to get to the airport, the night shift manager called it for us and settled the price to be according to the pricelist of the service, not allowing to scam us (from what we get of their conversation, the driver was not happy about it). The price in winter was 15 lev, we paid 20. The price on booking with the "discount" is 70 lev... ridiculous.

The hotel was set in a great central location. The beds were really comfortable and whilst not the largest was more than adequate for the family stay. Shower/ bathroom was excellent and warm floor lovely and great to dry swimwear on. The breakfast was a star attraction - such tasty options and the ladies manning the breakfast were lovely and so helpful. We look forward to another stay another time.

I couldn't work the coffee machine in the room - I didn't see instructions to assist.

The place is very well designed, the rooms and restaurant are new, modern and chick. The cleaning staff is very professional.

The hotel is overpriced. The spa area they advertise is very small and not a part of the room price but charged at the astronomical 150 leva on top of your room fee for two hours of use!!!!! I think this is plat out outrageous. You can rent a whole spa hotel room with outstanding spa facilities included for unlimited time in Bansko or Sandanski for less than the spa fee in this hotel. I think this spa charge is so egregious that nobody ever uses their little spa and they should not bother posting it at all.

The hotel by far exceeded all expectations. I have stayed in many good hotels in Varna over the years and regret that I did not find this hotel before now. It is far superior than anywhere else. The rooms are very modern, comfortable, super clean and warm. I stayed in a deluxe room with a lounge and large balcony. There was not only a kettle in the room but a coffee machine too. Each room had a television, underfloor heating and air conditioned heating and large sofas.The bathroom was very bright and there were two shower heads. I couldn't hear the road outside or other guests in nearby rooms. It was great. The location is great also. The price was excellent.

Nice location, close to the center. We took room for 3. It was well divided, prepared and just enough. Clean and tidy. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The staff was polite and positive. The women during breakfast were amazing, friendly and professional. Compliments. I highly recommend the place.

nothing negative to add - maybe you should consider the noice from the roads and being almost in the center during night with a window open. I personally didn’t mind and loved to hear the seagulls all the time.
