Good value! I loved the big room I had with the nice terrace; I took advantage and sunned myself there, plus I used it to dry out my swimming accoutrements from the beach. Awesome location, close to the walking area with all the restaurants and shops and to the beach. Really great staff; super friendly, patient, and accommodating!! The manager, Gergana, took time to help help me with my Bulgarian language. I WOULD say the staff was the best part, because they made me feel so incredibly welcome, EXCEPT for the small fact that they get trumped by the BREAKFAST!!! Has to be the best hotel breakfast I have ever eaten!!! One of the days, it was not a buffet, and instead, the woman prepared it custom for me and served me! Would love to book again!

Perfect location - close to "everything" in Varna. Easily accessible from the airport - the bus stop (N409) is just a few steps to the hotel. Close to seaside park, beaches, shops, eateries, etc. Very nice and welcoming staff. I was in a large room with a balcony, equipped with AC, fridge, teapot. Large, comfortable bathroom. Overall, a good hotel for a reasonable price.

No slippers available, even by request. Very low water pressure in the bathroom. Also need to wait several minutes before the water becomes warm. Internet speed was acceptable, but signal strength was too weak. There are separate WiFi networks for each floor, but none of them is working well at least in my room on the 2nd floor. No free power sockets available, need to unplug something to connect a charger or teapot.

The hotel is really comfortable, clean and pleasant. The staff met us and they were easy to approach and communicate at any time. The parking was arranged by them in the hotel. The studio was spacious, clean and comfortable, equipped with everything that's needed. The location is just metres from the sea garden and 5 min from the beach, which makes it really convenient.

Location excellent!! Room very clean. All guest toiletries available and more!. Will try the restaurant on my nest visit! ( extra charge) Overall very impressed.

A little decoration needed in shower area on exit door. Courtesy bar had no contents. A little noisy on streets at night due to location.

Clean and tidy room. Big enough. When we left, the staff called us for forgotten item but securely keeping the info on what it is and some days later we realized this is something of our possession. If they have not called to check with guests, we would not realize the item is ours and some days later when we realized we are missing something valuable, we realized it is the one from the hotel. We are so grateful!

The staff at the reception were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and coffee was excellent. Really good location- seaside, shops, restaurants within 5-10 min walk.

Please, bit more attention to cleaning the room, specially dust around TV and fridge.

The location of the hotel is great, in the heart of the city. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops, pubs etc. The room was as shown in the pictures and very clean. Having a balcony was great, we would have our morning complementary coffee there. All staff members were very helpful and polite.

The bathroom was a bit small and so was the shower cabin. Water was also leaking from it. The toilet flushing buttons were broken and was hard to flush. The light switch was malfunctioning at times, probably some electrical wiring issue. They have no parking so you need to find public parking on the streets, wherever you can. There was a bit of a stale smell in the room - they should try some room sprays or something.

The hotel is very conveniently located - close to bus stop 409, which goes directly from Varna Airport. Also, the hotel is located next to the main street with restaurants and shops. The hotel is very close to a beautiful park located along the sea coast. Nearby are thermal baths, which are open around the clock. For a short stopover, this is a great budget option. The elevator looks brand new. Cosmetics, refrigerator - everything you need is there.

Something needs to be done about the shower, as water gets on the bathroom floor due to an uncomfortable curtain

The room was quite big. Location was perfect, close to everything so we didn't have to use any kind of a transport. The stuff was very friendly and kept our luggage after we checked out so we can go to the beach.

The furniture in the suite was old and worn out. The balcony was very small and had space just for one chair considering the fact that we were two guests. The shower was in the middle of the bathroom without any basin or partition just a shower curtain so after taking a shower it was extremely difficult not to make everything drown in water. The toilet tank was having a leak and after a flush you had to wait at least 10 minutes to be able to flush again which was annoying.
