Once again I am a guest at this hotel and I will not stop visiting it. They never stop improving the base and adding amenities and comfort to their guests! Congratulations! I stayed in a newly renovated room and it was just like in a five-star hotel! Luxurious, cozy and quiet room with a nice view, large bedroom with an incredibly comfortable mattress. Like the last time, the cleanliness was impeccable and the breakfast varied and homemade. I stay and relax in this place! Top location and free parking, SPA Center and panoramic terrace. This small hotel has everything guests need to enjoy every single thing and really relax. Thank you for the kind welcome and for the care you take for your customers.

Not a very big spa, but enough

Everything was great! The staff was kind and smiling, always responsive. Respect for the entire hotel! Extremely clean and comfortable rooms, the bed linen was great to the touch, the pillows were unique. The bathroom was luxurious, clean with pleasant music in it. The masseur at the hotel was a great professional and I recommend every guest to take advantage of his massages. The food was delicious, and in the evening we enjoyed a piotieta in the restaurant, which is very stylish. Free parking, free spa center, definitely worth the price and even more. This hotel is an absolute gem ❤️ It seems that it has been recently refurbished. Everything from the room, spa, dining room and lobby are quite stylish. The 5th floor also has a great view of the fortress, especially at night. It is located literally a minute walk from the entrance to the Tsarevets Fortress and the main street in the historic district. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The star of the experience, however, is their breakfast 🤤 All of their baked goods and desserts are home made 😍

For the second time within a year we are staying at hotel Tsarevets. And again we got the same pleasant and memorable experience. From the spotless cleanliness to the friendly staff, everything was of a very high standard. The view from the hotel was breathtaking! The breakfast was warm and varied, and the interior of the hotel - very stylish and elegant. The room was extremely cozy, clean and smelled amazing. I would definitely recommend it to my friends!!!! :)

I had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Tsarevets, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The room I stayed in was absolutely stunning—spacious, impeccably clean, and with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The interior design was a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with a sophisticated color palette and chic, high-quality furniture. I loved the attention to detail, from the luxurious bedding to the carefully chosen decor pieces that created such a cozy and relaxing ambiance. The room had a large window with a great view of the city, which added a nice touch to the whole experience. The bathroom was equally impressive, equipped with modern fixtures, a spacious shower, and high-end toiletries. It felt like a mini spa experience every time I stepped in. Overall, Hotel Tsarevets Design and SPA truly exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I liked everything about this hotel. Small, cozy, luxurious with a top location. An even greater convenience is the free parking and the great spa center where you can relax and enjoy the comfort. The cleanliness is at a high level and I have no complaints about both the room and all the rooms in the hotel. I can say about the room that everything is furnished with great taste and a lot of money has been invested. I appreciate all this and without thinking my rating is more than 10. A stylish hotel, which is in no way inferior to a 5-star hotel! The breakfast is warm and delicious, the juice is wonderful! Smiling and kind at the reception. I will visit it again!

I had an amazing experience in this hotel!!! The staff was really kind and professional, the whole place smelled very expensive and the rooms were very clean. The SPA left me feeling calm and relaxed. I loved how warm the pool and the jacuzzi were😊 I would definitely visit hotel Tsarevets again!!

The cold and unfriendly attitude of the staff. Upon arrival, the main door was closed and no one answered the doorbell or phone. Since I had arrived an hour earlier, we had to go back and I was unpleasantly surprised to find that I was greeted at the reception by a person who had been on the terrace next to the hotel all this time. He watched as I tried the door, I used the doorbell and the phone but he didn't intervene...The pool and spa area are much smaller than the photos give the impression and they close after early afternoon.
