A lovely hotel made all the more perfect by their wonderful, friendly and very helpful staff. From the minute we arrived, they could not have been more welcoming and caring. Particular mention must go to Sopheaktra and Sokea who went above and beyond to try and attend to our every need, but everybody we dealt with was a pleasure to encounter. Special mention too to the bar and restaurant manageress who made off menu cocktails to our very demanding standards and also the cooking class which everyone really enjoyed. The facilities in the hotel itself are also excellent. We booked out their spa for 3 mornings running! It really is a little hidden gem and an oasis of calm in a sometimes frantic and intense city. A pleasure to stay there, and we really hope we can return. Very well done!

The 4 pillar bed. The big single seat sofa. The complementary drinks in mini bar. The complementary massage service. The food quality. And the warm sservices provided by all the staff in this hotel. These are all exceed my expectations.

Beautiful little hotel. Located in a quiet road. Staff very welcoming . My room exceeded expectations. Beautiful stone bath in huge bathroom and very comfortable four poster bed Just lovely.

Clean, comfortable
Price and staffs dealing problem: I have booked a room via Booking.com which shown that the price is included breakfast . When I check in the receptionist tole me not included breakfast and I didn’t check my booking details. At midnight I checked and saw the price included breakfast and shown it to the receptionist and she checked and said yes it included breakfast. But in the morning when I asked for breakfast the receptionist told me that “the price is not included breakfast, there was something wrong with Booking.com”.... (are you playing me????) this gave me a worse experience and impression of the hotel receptionist and problem dealing... as long as I haven’t received any information from Booking.com telling me that the price details they shown was wrong. As long as it is not my problem and they just put everything to Booking.com and there was no their responsibility, and even asked me just pay money for the breakfast and I can have it. I may not mind how much money for that breakfast, even I don’t need that breakfast but it should be my decision....but you gave me the feeling like I am cheated.... at first I booked the hotel because the price is better than others with the same conditions so that’s why I booked it, then you told me all this... I just don’t want to make it big. I don’t know who (Booking.com or the hotel) problem but it’s not my fault and I am the one has to take it.... Take care people don’t get cheated. Worst experience ever
