The most comfortable beds I have had during my two month trip. Great dorms, super clean and with everything you need and more. The location is convenient to go to the night market or stroll along the riverside. The staff is welcoming and friendly.

The location felt a bit unsafe as a solo female. The Hotel is located in the red light district and you can here the women calling out to men on the street even in the 4th level dorm. Some guys staying there also said that it was uncomfortable walking that street alone as a guy, because the girls constantly try to drag you in the bars. I would still stay here again, cause the facilities were super great, but I would have liked to know more about the exact location of this place before coming here.

It's a brand new hotel in a central location. The hotel was recently renovated and reopened after Covid-19. So, everything are new and clean. The location is very central being very close to everything. It's just a block away from the river which is a good place for a stroll in the morning and evening with plenty of dining and drinking place. The bed is super comfy. Overall, it's a great choice. I'd definitely stay there again.

The place is on a street with clubs and it can get really noisy at night; this was not an issue for me, cause I can easily fall asleep even with noise, but light sleepers should be aware of this:) Another downside is that even if the balconies are private, they are easily accessible for everyone, and you will probably have neighbours who will try to use it as they please. You need to ask them to leave if you want the privacy; but it would be nice if there were a sign or clear indication that it is a private space😅 some of them were not very happy when I told them to leave and use the common area downstairs

The linens and bedding are hotel quality. You get 2 towels. The dorm mattress was large and incredible cozy and comfortable. The curtain blocks out a lot of light and I slept very well here. I was waiting for the week for some Embassy work, because I slept so well I opted to extend my stay here. I wanted a quieter experience which is why I booked a dorm room, but at a hotel not a party hostel. It was quiet and despite being on a girly-bar street they do a good job of blocking sound with good qualities windows.

I booked the 4 bed dorm but when I arrived they only had space in the 10 bed. They offered to move me over the next day but I preferred to stay in 1 room. Not sure how I was able to book the 4 bed online if it wasn’t available… I booked the 4 bed room because the bathroom in the photo seemed nice. The 10 bed bathroom was comical, 3 tiny toilet stalls and 3 tiny shower stalls. As a 170cm small person, I can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be for anyone in a larger body to try to comfortably use the facilities. I had to turn my knees to the side on the toilet.

Love everything about the hotel besides the staircase climbing everything was to my satisfaction. The ambience, the kindness and the responsibility toward guest needs and request. Guests safety was the hotel's no 1 priority. I felt so safe as I was a female Solo traveller. Their staffs are actually the main heartbeat of the hotel. Wonderful people wonderful service from the staffs.. Genuine smile all the time. They are willing to even leave their food to serve your needs first that's how much they honour their guest. Specially the 2 Front Office Assistants who was extremely kind friendly caring and helpful Ms SORN SAKUNTHEARY & Mr CHHON MAROUT and their supervisor Mr Sam. I have never came a cross such caring helpful and attentive people my entire travel experience. They were always willing to assist wt a smile at anytime and go the extra mile just to get things done. Made me feel so at home and welcome. They make sure everything was taken care of perfectly..One of the best staff service a hotel can offer. I had issues wt staircase climbing and they made immediate arrangements to move me ,They even got my belonging moved to my new room by the 2 of them.They took care of all my bookings changing currency and.kept my rented motorbike safely lock inside the lobby at night..Arrange all my tour ,pick ups and bike rental. Everything was done by them It was one of my best experience ever in my entire travel Thank you Mooonson Riverview hotel & staff for the great stay.

I didn't like the staircase narrow and extremely high to climb to the dorms.

Good hotel in the center of action. Good value for money with clean and neat rooms. Rooms are spacious and fitted with safety deposit boxes. Staff are friendly and always helpful. Excellent location - close to everything you need. It can get noisy at night due to the location of this hotel - assuming this is what you are looking for.. :D

I would really recommend this hotel. I found it was super affordable for how nice the room was. The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond, they couldn't do enough for you. The room was a good size, clean and nicely decorated. Super impressed!

Not an issue for me, but it can be quite loud at night due to the area the hotel is located in. I was aware of this when I booked and it didn't impact my stay at all, just a heads up if you're looking for a quieter place.

Stayed in the dorm. Cleanliness, AC, large beds (with light, plug, curtain and even a small wall shelf inside), mattress, linen+towels, water pressure/hot water, kettle, coffee provided, seating area (outside the dorm+lounge), friendly+professional staff, wifi . . . all excellent. Facilities are new and well maintained. There‘s even a changing cubicle with hangers to dress/undress in the dorm. Yes, it‘s in a red-light/bar street, but that must not bother you at all. Anyway, from the riverside to the hotel it takes only 3 minutes. You can hear some music and street noise at night, but it is very faint and in the distance, it did not keep me from sleeping well. Yes, it‘s on the 4th floor, no lift, but the stairway is neither steep nor narrow, it is easily manageable. It is not a place to hang out with friends all day (no pool, no terrace) but for one or several nights in the city highly recommended.

There is no elevator. I was on the third floor. It is kind of a hassle. My room window faced the corridor. But it was kind of good since I did not hear the street sounds. The bed could have been harder. It was little bit too soft for my liking.

It is located in à very dynamic street, next to the river, rooftops, night Market, ... The room and bathroom are fully renovated and very clean. It has all facilities with kettle, coffee and tea. We rented a scooter through the hotel, which was very professional and convenient. The staff was incredible, they even bought us new plastic hangers so that we can hang our washed clothes. We highly recommend this hotel!
