Saravoan is in a very central location. The room is spacious and very well appointed with a large fridge and a kettle. The bed was very comfortable and there is an outdoor patio. The inclusive breakfast was also good value. The bath tub was huge although I did not have time to fill it! I liked the location of the room being on the ground floor which is always handy when you are not travelling light. The inner courtyard is quite lovely. The staff were also helpful and allowed me to leave my luggage at reception on early arrival and late departure.

The patio sliding door was difficult to close. There is also a window at the ceiling height of the room which brings light into the room at night from the courtyard, not ideal for light sensitive people.

The room was large, had a large safe we could fit laptop etc in, the greenery was wonderful love the way they have incorporated tree and plants into an inner courtyard. Safe, wifi good, bed a bit too hard for us, balcony great. Close to attractions, walking distance to places to eat. Breakfast was good loved the noodle dish. Would stay here again.

The wifi in the hotel is good but the actual area itself is not good. Hotel fine but as soon as you leave it cuts out until you are some distance away weird. I would get Grab up on app and order just before I stepped outside.

You shouldn't be impressed by the entrance which was very little. The room was large, silent and clean with good bed and towels. The staff was gentle and useful; Keara was the best, but all were really nice peple. The decor and architecture of the place is original and pleasant. Perfect position to go everywhere. Tuc tuc always available.

Only stairs and no elevator. There is a lack of a wardrobe in the room. You can take a shower, but only in the tub.

Saravoan is a nice, quiet and peaceful place to stay.The room and bathroom were big. We asked for a room on the ground floor as stairs are a problem for us older people. There is no lift in the building.. Staff was were nice and helpful. Location was perfect. Walking distance to the Royal Palace and the National Museum. Good restaurants nearby and walking distance to the riverside. The breakfast was good. Enjoyed staying here.

Good location, near to decent local restaurants and in reach of the museums and the palace. Room is attractive and clean. Desk space was good if you're working whilst away. Safe was big enough to hold a small laptop

Some miscommunication on payment for activities organised via the hotel. I had been told I'd pay the hotel, but then had to pay the tour company directly on the day. Would have been good to know in advance so I could have had the cash organised rather than being short on the day.

It was really nice decorated with a lot of plants and I really liked the patio where you can have breakfast. The breakfast was also very good. You can choose from 6 different dishes with a coffe/ tea and a juice. The room was big and had a nice terrace. The staff was very nice and helpful too! I also liked that the hotel is a bit hidden in the street and not in a crowded area of the city. I will definitely come back when I am in Phnom Penh again :)

Location of the hotel was absolutely perfect! The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and spacious. Laundry service was very good. All in all, had a great experience here!

Just a few small things. An elevator would be great for the higher floors. Water leaked in through the windows during a thunderstorm. The shower temperature is very difficult to regulate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Our room was of a good size,, well appointed, clean with an excellent shower. Location was outstanding being within walking easy walking distance of the river and nearby very reasonably priced excellent restaurants. Breakfast was very good - reasonable choice of options, tea/coffee and fresh fruit plate. Staff were courteous and very helpful. A most pleasant stay.

Not what I didn't like but to my knowledge there is no elevator. It was fine for us being on the second floor but such may not be so for those who have mobility issues.

Perfect location, in a quiet oasis at the heart of Phnom Penh, one block from the National Museum and a short walk from the train station and the other sights and museums. Surrounded by excellent restaurants. Lovely options for breakfast, cooked to order, plus complementary fresh fruit. Pretty, cool eco-Brutalist decor, with warm staff.

We just stayed one night, however we were pleasantly surprised. Easy check in, very friendly and professional staff on reception, and at breakfast. We had a clean, comfortable and spacious room that was perfect for our family (two adults, two children). As others have mentioned, the location was excellent (some fantastic restaurants nearby as well as major attractions) and the hotel represented very good value.

Breakfast was very average compared to other places we stayed, however, we knew this from other reviews so we expected this. There is an excellent bakery a short walk away for those who need a top-up.
