The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to help us when our transport didn't arrive for our pick up. The room was large and well equipped, and I loved having a washing machine to do a load without having to go out to do it! There were two bathrooms with two full showers, which was nice. The location was perfect - close to restaurants, etc, but not right on the main strip (a five minute walk down the road). Having a coffee shop on the main floor is a bonus - great iced Americanos!

The one bathroom's shower did not have hot water, but the other one did. I suggest making that known beforehand (it made for a cold first shower :). The second shower worked perfectly though!

We stayed in a twin double bedroom with balcony. The room is actually a large studio with a mezzanine (2 double beds) and a lovely balcony. There is also a washing machine which is highly appreciated. Big fridge as well. We extended 2 extra nights in this hotel as we felt home. The personnel is really helpful and kind. The hotel is located 200m from the National museum and 400 m from the Royal palace - the location is perfect to walk around the city center and enjoy the river walk too. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel ! There is also a restaurant/cafe at the ground floor. Note: there are also a lots of Tuktuk around (we took one to visit the S21 and killing fields). And we used Grab for a taxi to the international airport (located 30 min from the hotel)

All was perfect

The location is excellent - St 178 is my favourite in Phnom Penh, opposite the National Museum, close the riverside and Royal Palace and alongside art galleries and well-priced restaurants. The room was a good size for the price and the balcony over the street was excellent for sitting and watching the street scenes of Phnom Penh. The staff were friendly and informative, and the coffee served in the cafe downstairs was excellent. The washing machine in the room was an excellent model and much appreciated.

The room was nice but could do with a bit of care - the plumbing in the bathroom needs some work (one flush didn't work, and one shower struggles to produce consistent hot water (the other works fine)). The room would benefit from some fresh paint in other areas. It was generally clean, but cleaning was not as in depth as possible (e.g. the cutting board in the kitchen needed cleaning, and the balcony needed sweeping). The cable to the TV was loose meaning it wasn't really watchable.

You get a decent room with a private bathroom, kitchen with a kettle and sitting area to chill. The AC worked great in cooling down the room quite quickly. The room is a nice little nest after spending the day out in the city. The location is also great as you are quite close to the attractions. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Having a little coffee shop is a great addition as well.

The stairs...if are on the 3rd floor and have a lot of luggage, carrying your luggage up and down the stairs is guaranteed exhaustion and dripping of sweat, but you only need to do that when you arrive and leave. It seems noise from the neighbors in the building next to the Artist residence comes through and can be quite annoying.

The location of the guest house was more than perfect. There was a washing machine in our room and this was great.

Just a detail. I asked before arriving the cost of tuk tuk from the pier of speed boat to the hostel just to have idea, because we travelled from Vietnam by speed boat, and I hadn't internet to check. They respond me is 6-7.50$. We took a tuk tuk for 4$, and it was expensive, because the distance was short. The real price is 1$, but the first information from the hostel wasn't true.

The lofts, the washing machine, and the tub were great features that made our stay more comfortable. The staff made it into an exceptional stay.

We booked two rooms for our large family. Both rooms bathrooms had some issues one the water heaters wouldn’t work (both of the bathroom in the family room) and in the other the toilet periodically wouldn’t flush for no reason.

The room was cosy and clean. The fact it can accomodate 4A/2C was welcoming and there is a living room for us to gathered around to chat and chill was nice. There are 2 toilets in the room so there was no need to wait very long especially with 2 families.

One of the toilet door was not able to lock and the sink pipe was leaking water. This made the bathing, washing up experience not as enjoyable. The bed is a mattress on the floor and is not as comfortable as you want it.

I really liked the size of the room with enough facilities to stay for a longer time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is good, just outside the National Museum and the big Market. The cafe downstairs has a very nice atmosphere.

Some things in the room need some maintenance. Some of the finishing work on the walls was peeling off. The stairway up (my room was on the third floor) was tough with all the luggage and the heat.

Great location in Phnom Penh. Lots of space in the room for the money you pay, I really liked the duplex layout! Wifi was reliable. I would definitely recommend staying here

The ceiling was okay for me on the upper level (I'm 5'5"), but it could be quite low if you're much taller. Not a problem for me, but could be for some people!

Location is right next to the center, a quick walk to the old market and river cafes, but quiet. The staff are super nice. I rented a scooter 3 doors towards the center for $6 per day. It's all one needs to tour all the sights. There's little traffic so it's safe, but the distances are too long for a bicycle.
