Absolutely fabulous ! Beautiful surroundings. Staff incredibly polite, kind and helpful. Food was the best I had in Cambodia. We were leaving on a very busy day , a local fare was being set up but the owner took his time to show us around , talk to us about the wildlife, his spice garden and the local crafts and foods. He made sure we sampled all of the fare. He clearly cares deeply about the environment, wildlife and tradition. Will visit here again.

The location is very beautiful. The staff is kind and the food is great.
No wifi (the lovely staff from restaurant helped sometimes with short share from private phones), no hot water for the whole stay, the staff is very nice but speaks very poor English. Shower gel always provided for one guest (even if 2 guests were there).Even after complaining to the Manager about the internet and no hot water the problem was not solved.

This is an exceptional place. The setting is stunning and the people who work here are very very friendly.. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. I am not sure but I think there were not many people staying when we were there which is a shame as it deserves a lot more attention.
Just needs a tiny bit more maintenance

Wonderful hotel, stunning surroundings for those who want to soak up nature. Lodges where spacious, food of a high quality. The staff were outstanding, probably amongst the best I have experienced.
The beds were a little firm as were the pillows. It would have been good to have a few more dishes to choose from, as the traditional food was excellent.

Wonderful bedroom, and awesome pool. Restaurant was ok. Good is good.
No hot water in the shower. We asked them to fix it 3 times in 2 days and that didn’t happen. They have a staffing issue atm.

Bong Thom Forest Lodge was relaxing escape from the street of Siem Reap and temples of Angkor, the staff was very helpful, the facilities were clean. We enjoy our stay very much.

This hotel is far better than the pictures show. For example, there are so many types of exotic and beautiful butterflies always floating about the pathways and cabins. I actually came here to propose to my fiancee and I was so happy I chose here to ask her. The staff went far beyond what was necessary to make our dinners very romantic. It was fantastic!
The only downside was the electric bike I rented run out of battery and takes a long time to recharge. I think a petrol bike would be better for this location.
