We liked staying in a quieter location, away from the noisy downtown. We also liked being near the Killing Fields Museum, APOPO Center and Botanical Garden. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! The pool felt great after a hot day of sightseeing. It was nice that families and couples all felt comfortable here. It was very quiet and we found the bed extremely comfortable. The dinners at the restaurant were very good.

Some people might find it inconvenient to be away from downtown but there are tuk tuks waiting outside the hotel at all times to take you there in about 10 minutes for $5. We preferred to be away from the bars.

Everything. The lovely colonial themed decor, the gorgeous blue kidney shaped pool, the sumptuous breakfasts, the rich cosy rooms, the discerning guests and above all the marvelous and highly attentive staff. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff.

We’d originally booked 3 nights but because we liked Siem Reap so much and could not bear to leave the Pavillon hotel we extended a further 2 nights… there was nothing we did not like apart from having to leave. But even after leaving the staff continued to provide unprecedented kindness and service. We arrived at our next destination to discover we had left some of our belongings at Pavillon. Upon informing the hotel staff they acted selflessly and immediately by organizing a taxi to bring us our ‘lost’ belongings. They were wonderful.

Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, great pool and large cleans rooms. Hotel is away from hustle bustle of Town, but easily accessible to Angkor Wat and other temples. Easy Tuk- Tuk ride takes you into town with many good restaurants. Happy hour and hotel bar were an added plus. My wife took advantage of a massage and was very happy.

Two things that could be much better. The coffee and tea at breakfast are really bad and not on par with other hotels in SE Asia. The hotel smoking policy is a joke. Allowing guests to smoke in the seating areas in front of their rooms turns the entire pool area a defacto smoking zone. It’s annoying and unhealthy, spoiling an otherwise beautiful experience.

I loved this hotel. It has a lovely old world charm with the rooms set around the pool and the jazz playing in the restaurant. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The room was clean, spacious and cool (in last week's heatwave). The restaurant food was really good and breakfast was nice. The hotel isn't near the town center so you'll need a 10 minute tuktuk to get there ($2) but it's just at the start of the drive in to Angkor Wat which is great. I would 100% stay there again.

One bed in the room was hard (but the other was comfortable). There's a 3% charge on paying by card. The $10 charge for the Angkor Wat sunset tuktuk seemed overpriced compared to $20 for a full day.

This French colonial style boutique Hotel. Owned and run by Adrian and Niki Is decorated traditional stylish way, all the rooms look over the pool which is spotlessly clean and surrounded by beautiful green tropical garden. The rooms are large very clean with plenty of hanging space and a great bathroom with lots of hot water. The location is perfect on a quiet road 10 minutes by Tuk Tuk from Angkor Wat or the main restaurant area. All the staff are very very friendly and smiley. I must make mention of Sopheak and Kong Ny who made the evenings at the bar just perfect. The Restaurant serves great food that’s a competitive price. With an excellent selection for breakfast. I highly recommend you stay here if you’re visiting Siem Reap.

Amazing heritage property, super great, ultra friendly and kind staff! I wish I could have stayed longer! Food was so amazing, never had to leave the place for food

Literally can’t find a single thing. If possible just make the wifi stronger for the people! I mean you guys literally brought the whole technical team to enhance our experience and that was so cool! Never saw such proactive effort on request from guest! Keep it up

Close to Angkor Wat. They support you in booking things but having a look online can safe you some dollars. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and made every day in a good way. Shout out to the cleaning ladies. It was quiet so you can have a good rest there.

There was no detailed descriptions of the tours and also after asking they could not provide a lot. The hotel is a little bit out of town therefore a tuktuk needs to be taken when coming back from town. Make sure to have enough small money. The hotel is not able to support in exchanging money to small bills. Bar in the hotel closes at 10:30 pm. Not all of the stuff is good in speaking English. It sounds like a lot but in general we liked our stay

We loved this special place in Siem reap. A little on the outskirts, it felt like an oasis of calm with a gorgeous Cambodian style 1 story house wrapped around a courtyard with gorgeous pool and tropical trees. The breakfast served here was the best we’ve had in our whole travels in Asia! Even better than 5 star hotels! The fresh croissant and pain au chocolate, fresh fruit, eggs cooked on demand and extra pancakes if desired. Plus coffee was excellent which is rare in Asia. The staff went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, helping us arrange a few last minutes details such as transfer to airport and tours / driver to Angkor wat. They also provided a takeaway breakfast for the Sunrise visit which was really appreciated. Also their cocktails were quite good - compared to many other bars that are average.

A slight smell of damp on the lower ground floor rooms (quite normal considering half their year is rainy season, but it did bother us a little. We had to keep the window open to air out when we could. Perhaps top floor bedrooms don’t have that same problem).

Staff was outstanding. We were able to set up all tours and transportation through the front desk. Nice pool, restaurant, and bar ambiance. Very good breakfast and reasonable prices at the bar. They even packed us very robust breakfasts for the easy morning tours. Staff very attentive (front desk, maids, waiters, and waitresses were all outstanding). If you need a tuk tuk ride, ask for Samorn. He is a great driver and speaks decent English. Location is north of the city, closer to the temple complexes than downtown. It is away from the bars and pubs, and very quiet and peaceful. We preferred this setting because we were waking up very early to see sunrises. Also, the shower is very cool, loved it.

Rooms are very nice, but a little dated. No complaints though.
