Everything about this hotel is immaculate - beautifully and tastefully furnished. The staff are welcoming, charming, attentive and helpful with any enquiry. The location was perfect - a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of local restaurants serving delicious Khmer food options - even a french bakery nearby! Yet still a short walk across the river to Pub Street bars if you are in the party mood.

You can't improve on perfection. There was nothing to dislike.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The service was exceptional, with every need attended to promptly and with care. The hotel was impeccably clean, showcasing a clear attention to detail in every corner. The interior design and decorations were stylish and thoughtfully curated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The beautifully maintained gardens added a serene and refreshing touch to the overall experience. A truly delightful stay—I highly recommend it!

We would have preferred key cards instead of conventional keys. The hotel's gym could benefit from an upgrade.

It was a short stay but very pleasurable! From the welcome to the ladies at Reception (sorry I forgot their names), the Spa team, beautiful gardens and facilities. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean, organized and well trained the team was. They took very good care of us even for such a quick visit and the food was yummy. They were even able to provide an extra room last minute without a long waiting time. I wish we had more time to spend by the pool and just relax. They even packed breakfast for us for an early morning trip to Angkor Wat which was perfect. Highly recommended!

Dear Viroth's team, I will not leave here a traditional review as it would have been similar to all the other great ones that you have already received. I just would like to sincerely thank all of you for offering such a magical and unique time to my family. It was not only high luxury standing services in an incredible stylish and modernist designed hotel (with a wonderful boutique of objects and souvenirs where I wished I could purchase everything to bring back home a piece of Viroth). It was much more than that : a truly unforgettable experience once in a lifetime thanks to a dedicated, passionate and friendly staff !

The hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staffs warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for a fabulous experience. The room was immaculate and well appointed - it was great to have a ceiling fan as well as air conditioning. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom / shower was wonderful. What truly made the experience remarkable, however, was the staff - every interaction felt personal and genuine from the concierge to the housekeeping team that ensured our stay was flawless. The location was ideal - 20 mins by tuc tuc to Angkor Wat. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming, friendly and unforgettable stay.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everytime we went out, they always applied us mosquito repellent. Everytime we came back to the hotel, they welcomed us with a cold wet cloth. The pool is quiet and has enough lounge chairs for all the guests. The sea water pool was like heaven on earth. The bartender kindly made bloody Mary's with fresh tomatoes for me even though it wasn't on the menu. I loved the interior and atmosphere so much. Our room with a balcony on the 4th floor had the magic hour of sunset light.The water pressure of the shower was strong. The tiled bath was very comfortable. The size of our room was perfect. I'll definitely book Viroth's again when I come back to Siem Reap.

We liked absolutely everything. But it’s the people/staff that make this property everything you would ever want on a holiday. It was SO good, after we checked out and arrived at our new hotel, which was also high end, we took 2hrs to decide we didn’t want to be there and we were back at Viroth’s within 3hrs and were again welcomed with open arms. Spoiled and taken care of by every staff member, always polite, happy & ready to do anything. There is a real sense of family when talking to the staff & getting to know them a little. We specially want to thank Bross & Saigon, the duty managers for making sure we were taken care of every minute of our 11-night stay. We also say thank you to Mr Saay, the General Manager, for making a very quick decision on having us back and arranging all the logistics in less then 2hrs. We have stayed in some high end hotels around the world, but Viroth’s is truely & genuinely something special.

We have stayed in many beautiful hotels across the world but Viroth’s Hotel has become our most favorite one amongst them all. This place is absolutely exceptional in every possible way! Its design and architecture is stunning and highly inspirational. You can feel the love and consideration in every detail and the team is taking meticulously care of everything so the place is very well kept. But besides the visible beauty, what has impressed us the most is the level of hospitality and service which is beyond words and simply outstanding. The stuff is sensationally friendly in a very genuine way and there is not a single wish that remains unfulfilled. We cannot wait to be back and would highly recommend to everyone traveling to Siem Reap to not miss this experience!

There is not a single thing I could complain about!

Everything about this hotel is exquisite! It is the perfect base in Siem Reap if you are only visiting for a couple of days (but we would encourage that you extend your time here to truly get the full experience). Most importantly - the staff here are what makes this hotel one of the best we have ever stayed in. All of their attentions and intentions certainly did not go unnoticed. Need a suggestion for dinner? They’ve got the best places. Hot after walking around the city? They’ll greet you each time with a cold towel & chilled iced tea. Concerned about the mosquitos at night? They’ll spray you from head to toe with mosquito spray before you step foot outside of the hotel. Need an airport transfer in style or just like cool cars? They have a selection of incredible vintage Rolls Royce & Mercedes that you can book to take a spin in. Tired after a full day visiting Angkor Wat? Book yourself in for a Traditional Khmer Massage in the beautiful spa for some rest & relaxation. From remembering our room number from day one, to personally greeting us at breakfast each morning, this staff is truly spectacular. We will 100% be back!
