The unit was very clean, quiet, and very comfortable. My contact was very friendly and helpful. The unit was supplied with everything needed to be self-contained, and the snacks were a great surprise. Even though this was a shared space, I had the suite all to myself for the 3 days I was there. The backyard space was lovely for my morning coffee and a beautiful place to sit. Shopping and transit was an 8 minute, easy walk. Extremely convenient location, very affordable, and I would highly recommend it. I'll be booking again when I come back.

The only negative would be that you have to sign in with your own Netflix, Disney, or movie accounts. The tv/movie selection was limited, but still good.

Located conveniently close to the SkyTrain station, just a 10-minute walk away, the property was an ideal base for our city explorations. The area also boasted several good food options. In summary, our stay at Imperial House was marked by comfort, convenience, and a strong commitment to sustainability. We appreciated the smooth, well-managed experience and look forward to our next visit.

Nothing, really!

The ground floor one bedroom with shared washroom, kitchen and living room are clean, It's at north side of the house.The location is convenience and easy to find a parking spot. The host Aviva is friendly and quickly to answer your questions when needed.

The room is a little small and the bed mattress is not comfortable that i usually like medium firm and softer. Also the side of house could be keeping a light on at night time for visibly to walk to the back entrance.

The room is small, but has a built-in wardrobe which helps to put everything away. We unexpectedly had a private bathroom which was fantastic! Everything was clean. There also was a washing machine and a dryer that we could use. The HighTrain Station Metrotown is only 7 minutes by foot and take you to the waterfront in 20 minutes.

The place is very unpersonal, there are no pictures or any decor which makes it a bit unwelcoming.

Came out to visit with family but preferred staying at the B&B to allow me more freedom even though family was only minutes travel away. I was not disappointed. The place was cozy and home like. Hosts even provided me with a snack basket which totally came in handy more than once. Almost sad to have to leave when my stay was over.

Nice clean house near the sky train station and metrotown mall. Great Asian food nearby. Good opportunity to meet other travelers its kinda like a hostel with your own room.

Only one shared bathroom with multiple rooms. Not bad but you have to wait sometimes.

Thanks for upgrading the room, bathroom inside, and we got welcome snacks. Provided 2 towels, shampoo, body wash and hair dryer. We can also put our food in the fridge, heat up the food in the microwave, free wifi, and park the car in the driveway. Closer to the mall.

Located at 10 min walk from metrotown skytrain station and mall. From there i could reach downtown in about 35min. The house garden was awsome. I had my morning coffee there listening to birds chirping, it was a great way to start the day. Bed was clean and comfy.

I think it was a little bit pricy. i stayed in very similar places for a bit less money. But ok.

Very comfortable for 4 of us. Beds were super!

Needed washcloths and an extra hand towel or 2. Only had the 4 bath towels. Also the bedroom nearer to the bathroom could use a power strip near the nightstand for plugging in chargers.

Great location with good parking, well explained easy access, small but with comfortable bed, great value. Could do with some info on local area particularly on places to eat and instructions on how to get the television to work!!
