Location was good and staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional Hotel was good with Starbucks and Atlas restaurant on site very good food and drinks Loved being able to include our pomeranian dog in our visit he was a hit with staff and guests Overall stay was fantastic we would reccomend it and will return

There was ongoing issues with room key access due to program updates so it was slightly frustrating on several occasions to reenter our room, staff were very sympathetic and accommodating Rooms could use update Otherwise great stay

The hotel itself is awesome. The room was big and comfy equipped with a big flat TV; the washroom was clean and bright, just as what we were looking for at a hotel. But what really stood out for us during the stay was the hotel manager, who was extremely helpful when we brought up our question and request to him! I highly recommend this hotel to people who don't mind a 15min commute to the metro station! I promise for the space and price that you paid, it's totally worth it.

During our stay in the hotel, there was a construction outside. The noise did bother us a little bit since me and my family were staying in the hotel all day trying to adjust to our jetlag.

We spent here just one night and had everything we needed, beds and pillows were comfy, room is spacious and location is close enough to Simon Fraser University were we needed to go

We had a room with a highway view and it was a bit too noisy at night. Also the price is pretty high for a standard room, location and services.

The room is newly renovated. We have been free upgrades to delux double queen. The bed and sheets are all very comfortable. The casino and hotel interior looks very luxury.

There is no pool. Hot tub is outside and the water is not very hot, but the gym is very good though.

Room was simple, but with all amenities. Shower head was awesome! Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious and staff were friendly. Dinner party in the steak house was great! Reception staff were pleasant and efficient. I’ll stay there again.

Convenient location .. have stayed before and knew the area. Free parking also a bonus.

Room was stark. Furniture was in terrible condition and needs replacing. Quite noisy on the freeway side of the building. Toilet was so small and low it was excessively difficult to use.

Helpful friendly staff. Convenient restaurant for breakfast. Friendly service at the restaurant.

The shampoo and body wash bottles were nearly empty when we arrived we stayed for 7 days and they were never filled

It is conveniently located. The hotel was clean, nice, comfortable. I used the fitness room a few times during my 1-week stay. Equipment was clean, in great condition. Nobody uses it during the day. I was the only one in the room. Access to the fitness room is controlled by the Front Desk. You can reserve a time or inquire the Front Desk if anybody is using before you go. When I arrived there, there is a gap in dining between 2-4 pm. Starbucks closes at 2:00. Atlas does not open until 4:00. Starbucks changed their hours to 4:00 while I was there. So there is at least somewhere you can grab food without going out, if you are not too picky about the food. The hotel does not provide room service due to COVID. You have to request it. It works out for me as I was working in the room. I can make arrangement at a time when it is convenient for me. Room key is required to ride the elevator to guest rooms. That makes it secure.

Coffee in the room was awful. I had one cup. I never made another one during my 1-week there. I wish they provide Starbucks coffee, maybe Starbucks Via, in the room. Although mask was required. There was 1 day when a group of teenagers exited the elevators and 2 of them did not have mask on. I made a mistake entering the same elevator. It smells strong alcohol.

Staff were excellent ... hotel is convenient and parking is free and plentiful Nice room with window that opens for fresh air.

a little dusty in the room. Ice machine under maintenance so took an hour to have ice delivered.

Love the selection of restaurants and bars within the hotel/casino.

Hot tub wasn’t heated warm enough. Felt like a heated pool, also the edges inside the pool were very sharp.
