Staff were super friendly, they were able to provide us with extra mugs, coffee cups, blankets and sheets (for the pullout bed) and extra towels. Beds were super comfy, except for the pull-out which suffered from being able to feel the springs / bed frame. Location to Qualicum/Coombs/Courtenay/Mt Washington and Ferry Terminal was perfect. 1 free daily coffee from Purebread across the street. 1 free daily game of mini golf (for all in the room) across the street, a fun time for the entire family.

The pull out bed did not come with sheets/ blanket ( but was provided when we asked no problem - just be aware if you are arriving out of office hours!). Pull out bed was also uncomfortable, being able to feel the springs and bed frame.

I loved that the rooms are soundproofed, and that there is no one above or below you. With our baby and toddler in tow, it was so nice not worrying that they were disturbing anyone, and we didn’t hear a peep from the other rooms either! I love that you get a free designated parking spot, directly outside of your room. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Free unlimited mini golf at the Paradise Mini Golf Adventure Park across the street was included, and that was so awesome! It was also only a short walk to a boardwalk along the beach, and quite possibly the BEST kids park we’ve ever been to!! Would definitely stay again!

We moved the beds to accommodate our children, and discovered that they don’t seem to clean under the beds. It was pretty filthy under there! Perhaps that it something they could work on. The room was otherwise very clean. I didn’t love the fact that this motel borders a busy highway, but we were aware of this before staying, and you couldn’t hear any traffic from the room, so it was fine. Very easy to get in and out of anyway, and in some ways also convenient that it’s right on a highway.

The location was perfect. The room was great for the price we paid in the middle of summer! It also came with free mini golf at a cute course across the street and a free Americano in the morning. Jay at the front desk when we checked in was friendly and made sure our rooms were side by side with our friends.

The bathroom is dated and not in the best repair. As well, there were no good plug ins near the bedside table for charging cell phones.

Absolutely loved location, the price was a little confused on the damage deposit. Never seen that before, but that's okay.

Linens were clean bathtub was clean toiletad a hard time flushing need to hold downthe handle. As i that used to be a cleaner for hotels needs a little more attention to detail. Room wasn't that clean, including countertops? Bathroom, counter tops mirror wasn't clean moppedor vaccued , I can tell still going through Reno's. As there still marks and stuff on walls and floors. switches loose & plugins or loose.

The location - close to the community park and the beach. The free mini golf across the street. Close by grocery store. The staff was all very friendly and courteous. There was a stove in the room which was a little nice surprise. We didn't get to use it though.

The room is quite old. Ok considering the price we paid. Clean but quite worn down.

The location was ideal for us as we were visiting friends close by. It was very quiet considering it was right in the middle of town. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The fridge door opened from the wall side and it made it very awkward to use. The fridge door also got caught on the floor.

Renovated and very clean, free parking and a free mini golf play land included. Across the street from the ocean. Small fridge and microwave. Exceptionally clean which I really appreciate when I travel. Great value for the money, we will stay there again. Room was quiet in spite of being on a busy road, couldn’t hear the traffic at all.

No non slip bath mat, a small issue that could be rectified easily.

air conditions is a bit noisy and some odor in one of the room. Also, I feel like some bed bugs or something biting me. There should be options for total pets free and smoked free. hardwater or soap and shampoo are a bit hard to wash.

I loved how sound proof the rooms are, the staff and other guests were absolutely amazing and super nice/respectful. Given lots of pillows! And the beds are decently comfy!

The only thing I would have like to have is fresh towels and linens part way through my stay!

It was great, provider a wonderful late check out.

Only reason I didn't give it a 10 is our key didn't work for the room with the ice machine and once I did get it via another guest there were no ice buckets and none in our room. But mini golf complimentary was awesome 👌
