My stay was perfect! Clean, comfortable and quiet room. The kitchenette was very helpful for us, and when we didn’t want to prepare food we popped down to the Dennys, which was delicious and incredibly convenient. Because we com from so far, we always check-in so late at night, but the staff are always so nice and really help check-in go smoothly. The shower has good pressure for rinsing conditioner out of long hair, and the bed! I love the soft sheets and lots of pillows at the end of a long drive. I usually park outside with all the flower bushes/trees because of the size of my truck, and have never had troubles finding a good spot.

Honestly, we liked everything. I regret that I didn’t have more time to enjoy the other things (pool/tub etc.) this visit.

The Sandman Inn is a standard hotel that has everything you need for a mid-priced weekend getaway. The location worked well for what we wanted to do, the staff were lovely, and it had a nice kitchenette. We stay here often and generally meet some very nice people.

If you have a heavy walker in the suite above you, you can really hear every step they take. As for everyone else no problems.

I like the room that we stayed. Very comfy and with kitchenette, everything was complete.

The property was outdated. The pool has too much chlorine as well as the hot tub too. My face got irritated, my son and husband too. But that’s okay, we just have a sensitive skin. Pool surroundings are very dirty, you can see the lewd around the hot tub and I was just wondering why the hot tub had bubbles? So I asked the maintenance that time, I forgot his name. He said that it’s okay.

The big spacious room and the pool facilities. Having the Denny’s there was great too. The staff were great (Louise) made sure to get us a room even though we weren’t in the system (had a copy of my registration from booking.com).

When I checked in, my reservation hadn’t gone through on their system even though I had booked it a week prior.

The hotel was clean and well presented, staff were friendly and helpful. Location was a 10-15 minute walk from downtown and there are a couple of excellent breweries along the way if you get thirsty during the walk.

The restaurant was closed for renovations and the roof was being repaired so there was some noise in the morning. Not really too much of a down side but if you're considering a stay soon, keep it in mind.

The beds were comfortable. The staff were pleasant and the location is good

The linen in the room was clean but it looked like some dried blood drops by the bathroom sink. there were homeless people and prostitutes hanging around the parking lot at night with 2 cars getting broken into the one night.

The Hotel Sandman,

The staff on spot, for our needs upon arrival and till we left. The location leaves alot to be dissired. Unfortunately since you restaurant is under construction. If you want a great cup of coffee you have to walk a couple blocks north, that is quite an experience. At the very least Get that restaurant open. So your Guest can complete their stay in relative comfort.

The shower was easily the best shower I’d ever had.

It was kind of a disappointment that the Shark Club was under renovation. It was a small factor in us booking this particular hotel. The price is a little high, but it was a preferable location close to the event that we attended so we accepted it.

exceeded my expectations. rooms were bigger than I thought and the kitchen had everything I needed and more. I was pleased with the morning snacks and everything was in working order at the pool/hot tub. the bed was also comfortable

some of the other guests were vulgar in lobby and talked all night long loudly.
