I loved how kid friendly the property was, the location, and the pool area, it was great my kids could use the water slide with no fear of going underwater. Breakfast was wonderful, with choices for everyone, lobby was beautiful, rooms were very clean, and nicely laid out.

Lack of supervision in the pool area, kids were in the area with no adults, myself and my husband watched a group kids miss treat the equipment, running back and forth on the pool deck. Also disliked the rowdiness late at night between 10:30pm till 11:00pm there were christen running back and forth the hallway screaming. We were also given a room with 2 double beds but our booking was for 2 queen beds the gym had only 2 working cardio machines.

The bedrooms were big. Cot bed are provided upon request on first come first serve basis, at no extra cost. Breakfast included (Continental and hot food options). The pool, slide! Front desk staff and kitchen staff was friendly and polite. The hotel is near Dartmouth Crossing stores and Mic Mac Mall and is not in a traffic crowded area. Parking lot has a lot of space.

The rooms were not made every day. We had to ask for coffee kcups, towels and faceclothes on both subsequent days that we were there.

We got in mid afternoon and the person at reception offered us a complimentary upgrade to a king room. OMG - it was a 3 room suite!! I had trouble remembering where I left my shoes. The breakfast was complete and hot, but the crowning touch was the ginormous water slide.

It was a ways from downtown and with the huge bridges and construction and double back turns it was hard to find the way back and forth for Saturday night fun.

Breakfast was excellent!! Room clean for the most part. Waterside when you can get near it.

The pool is a lot smaller than I expected and the pool area was packed the entire time. Booked this hotel specifically because of the water slide and we couldn’t get near it. Kids running through the entire hotel unsupervised. Maybe it was just a bad weekend that we were there, but I could’ve got something a lot cheaper that would’ve been just as nice. Staff were kicking people out of the breakfast at exactly 10am.

My favorite thing about staying at the best western, was the pool! Although the pool is on the smaller side, we really enjoyed the water slide and were fascinated by the splash pad! We also enjoyed the variety of free breakfast each morning. We asked staff for a fan (even though we had A/C) and they were so easy to accommodate and even delivered it to our door!!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property! 10/10 recommend!

Nice waterslide, nice King size bed, TV works with your phone to play netflix/prime etc. Breakfast was ok. Waffles are precooked and need to be toasted. Eggs were hot, but dry. Coffee was good.

Pull-out bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable for my teenager who usually loves them. There was a bday party for little kids who never stopped screaming. Could hear them throughout the hotel. Elevator shook a bit when it moved, weird.

It was located conveniently to the Airport with ample availability of free parking and a buffet breakfast all of which were important for our last nights stay in Canada. However, it was also near enough to the City Centre to avail of a 25CAD Uber. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room, cleanliness and general facilties were all excellent. Highly recommended.

There were no bad points

I love the breakfast, the staff are very friendly and the space is very clean. The 2 queen beds in our room were average in terms of comfort. The waterslide was a huge hit!

We got a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch and I had the worst sleep of my life on the pull out couch, the mattress is only like an inch thick and my lower back felt like it was sagging through a hole while there was a bar accross my shoulders. It will take a few days to recover, I am sure. Surely, since they charge much more for the pull out couch to be an option, they can make it decently comfortable.

The morning breakfast was fantastic- good selection, attentive staff. The pool was nice & clean but some need to police the misbehavior of some guests. We used the laundry facility and loved that it was available for use. Made a huge difference when trying to pack for 14 days in the area.

The rooms are a little dated with some uneven floors hiding under the carpet. The bathroom did not have a fan, which is odd, and the space in the bathroom is pretty tight even for one person.

Hotel was convenient to all places we wanted to go. Breakfast was good. The staff in kitchen were accessible alway and kept the food area very neat and clean Cleaning staff for rooms were very friendly and always smiling 😃

The beds were very uncomfortable 😕 Bathroom shower could have been clearer. A higher toilet should be installed. Better lighting.
