It was surprisingly quiet for a hotel near a busy highway. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The window opens - this is always a bonus for me. It is very easy to get to downtown Kingston from the hotel. There is a "No Frills" supermarket, a beer store, LCBO and Panera's across the street, within easy walking distance.

Air conditioning units are very loud. There are no signs to shoo people 9m away from windows if they want to smoke. Cutlery at breakfast was disposable plastic despite regulations to the contrary...

Breakfast was varied covering all food groups and very tasteful. The cooking and service areas were clean and easily accessible. Everything from the front lobby to the hallways, room, bathroom and breakfast areas were very clean!!

The smell of marijuana was very strong coming thru the AC which caused me to become very congested.

The breakfast was amazing and I liked my stay. The place was really convenient and accessible to restaurants and gas station. The great point about it was that it was just beside the 401 highway. I stayed there during the storm and it was one of best nights I had for a while specially if I think about the fact that I could be far from its location and might have ended up staying in my car in the middle of nowhere.

The breakfast was good, but a little disappointing. Items running out and awkwardly laid out. Otherwise we enjoyed it

The toilet in our room was much too low and very awkward for anyone even mildly handicapped. This might seem like s minor thing but would make us think twice about another stay.

Good stay in Kingston. Lots of parking available. Very close to Highway 401, and downtown Kingston, but no outside noise. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The room was clean when we arrived. We didn't stay for breakfast but looked like there were a few options to indulge in. I'll keep this one in mind for future travels.

No option to turn the air conditioner/fan off. Overall, the hotel and rooms could use an upgrade of interior details.

It was excellent, please add milk to your menu, the food was fresh and hot and very tasty, thank you for a lovely stay. I would come again, and stay there again.

Please add milk to your breakfast, I love a nice glass of milk in the mornings. otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was good, busy weekend and lots of people in the eating area.

300.00 a night was too much, guess they were taking advantage of the shortage of places to stay because of people moving their kids back to school.

Comfortable and well maintained rooms. Well behaved and helpful staffs. Best part is they welcome dogs at a reasonable charge. Good location for travelers and easy to commute to and from highway .

We are a logistics company and booked a room for one of our truck drivers that stayed there a week. We kindly asked if you could allow him a late check out when he leaves. they did not. they rushed in out the door at 11am when he was still sleeping and he had to spend 4 hours in his car because he had nowhere to go. we would hope next time when asked we're not told yes then kick out our driver

should make it clear when you select an upper floor that there are no elevators as I was with elderly lady that could not take stairs. Was able to change to ground floor but would have liked to know in advance
