I left a note for housekeeping to bring a small concern to their attention and when we returned to the room we were pleasantly surprised to see that it had been addressed. On our last night we noticed a team of young people with adult supervision had checked in, so we thought they would be up to all hours carrying on, this was not the case, they were very well behaved and everything was quiet all night.

All the doors to the rooms were a bit sticky and could use some work done to make them close a little quieter so as not to disturb other rooms.

The staff at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I had originally booked a king room with a couch in it. But due to it being on the third floor and there not being a balcony, I was unable to take it. I am very claustrophobic. They were able to put us in a queen room on the ground floor. Again, I had to ask it to be changed as we wanted a room directly out to the parking lot. They were awesome about moving us again. When the TV went out, they immediately came to fix it. It ended up being the cable out for the whole hotel. They had it fixed within an hour.

The only thing I would change is the way they make the eggs on the buffet breakfast. I would suggest they scramble them and not fry them and then put them in a warming bin. The eggs were kind of tough.

Apart from the hockey teams waiting for the breakfast door to open, the food was good. The staff were on top of it if there was an item that ran out. Our first night we wanted to go swimming but the card would not work. My wife went to the counter to get the card fixed and then we tried again but did not work....she ended up doing that twice until a staff member came over and he attempted it 3 times. He initially wanted to just open the door for us to swim at that moment, but because we are there for the weekend, we wanted to come and go freely. These things do happen but it's them being right on top of it to get it sorted out!

Initially I thought the bed was very comfortable but soon after it turned uncomfortable. Because I live with chronic pain, I ended up using the additional pillows on the one bed (we had 2 beds in our room) and made it more comfortable, so I made it work. There was also a male person (he was with the cleaning staff) that when we went into our rooms after breakfast on the Saturday, he asked what room we were in, looked at it and had said 'aren't you guys checking out?' as we walked in, but we told him we are there for the weekend. I didn't think of it at all but it sat with me all weekend thinking that is a rude thing to say.

Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful

Unfortunately the TV didn't work so my mom and I couldn't relax after our night out or in the morning over coffee to TV. She's an older lady and watching TV before she sleeps is something she likes to do so. It was very disappointing that we weren't told they'd been experiencing problems with their TV and we weren't offered any kind of decent credit for it either. Won't stay there again

The access card took a few attempts to enter the property and the room I wish there was a little more seating available for breakfast as it was very busy and you had to wait for tables or grab extra chairs. Would be nice to have 1-2 more cereal options and other bread like whole wheat too

Room was very large & clean, bed was very comfortable & the sheets were soft! We enjoyed the different types of lighting in the room both behind the bed & behind the tv

Breakfast area was small but clean, check in was in another building which was odd but not the worst thing.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, which are not always the case at Jess expense motels. The young woman who allowed us to see the room prior to checking in was a smart, well-trained, thoughtful and personable employee.

Shower pressure could have been better.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, beds were comfortable, and the outdoor seating was great.

There were a couple of spills in the elevator and hallway that took time to be cleaned up. And the breakfast was mediocre.

Easy access off highway Really nice staff Breakfast was simple and hit the spot Bed was comfortable All you really need when only staying less than 8 hours there.......

Pool hours and price. We have stayed at many comfort inns recently as we travelled to and from the east coast. This one cost us $100 more for the night than any of the others. The pools in many were open until 11:00
