Hotel lobby is very nice (modern and sheek). The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The restaurant on site was very good and the service was excellent.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear clearly the phone ringing and the discussion in the next room. All rooms should have access to a good coffee brand and a working machine. Ours did not work. Coffee came out cold with grains. I attended the front lobby and asked for assistance (either a new machine or an offer of a free coffee) and they declined either request. Apparently maintenance does not work on sunday and a free coffee was not an option from the restaurant where breakfast is served for a fee. Not acceptable for a hotel at this price point.

I arrived very late and checked out very early so I did not get to experience everything. I watched the TV and it was glitchy and froze many times as did the WIFI. Aside from that, the place was clean, the staff friendly and I have no complaints.

Preferred the help yourself system at Hilton Garden Inn, Cambridge to the waited service at Bloom.

No drinking water supplied in room unless you were a club user. Again the Hilton Garden Inn did better here in spite of being a slightly less expensive hotel.

The room was immaculate and very well designed. We were surprised by the size of the room which made it comfortable to move around and get ready for our outing. The bathroom was sparkling clean and very nice.

Very clean, very modern design (finally someone figured it out that wood floors in a hotel are much better than carpets that tend to become stinky after years of usage), gorgeous bathroom (I like the addition of a handheld shower head to the main fixed one), the AC unit is modern and quiet enough, huge SmartTV (but limited selection of stations, looks like basic cable to me), useful small fridge (well hidden inside the furniture so you can’t hear it at night), the bed was super comfy and clean (nice touch with the duvet pillows and comforter not to mention the cotton bedding sheets - not an ounce of synthetic stuff in the room) I want to give a special shout-out to the front desk personnel (very courteous and helpful, I’m sorry I didn’t catch the names of a couple of ladies that I met during my stay so I can send my thanks here directly to them, but I’ll say the same to Sahil who checked me out)

The location might seem a bit not the best (in the middle of warehouse country in Mississauga) under the flight path of one of Pearson’s runways) but for me it was convenient for my commute to work and I wasn’t bothered by the planes at all (the soundproofing is quite good). The breakfast is not included and it seems a bit expensive for what it is. I had other options so no problem there for me.

I had stayed at bloom the day before and after my wedding. I also had family that stayed for a whole week and enjoyed the cleanliness and comfortability of their stay as well as mine. The staff were helpful and prompt on our responses. the staff were also very friendly at the reception area, as well as cleaning staff.

THIN WALLS!!!!! I could hear the room beside me’s music, conversations and some explicit sounds…. Had to call front desk 5+ times to make a noise complaint and when I asked for a different room they didn’t want to give it to me.

Very nice hotel, most of the staff is super friendly! The rooms were super nice and great quality, didn’t try the restaurant but if you have a car there’s a lot of food options overall this our go to hotel for our next visit

We could ear the people in the lobby nothing too crazy but its there, ice machine only on 3 & 5 floor

Hotel was well styled and very clean and front desk staff were very accommodating

Cleaning staff on our floor (3rd) was not very friendly and did not smile. He had ear pods in and was not very sociable. the rest of the staff at the hotel we encountered were very nice and cordial.

My card showed the fee pending twice and another fee of $100. So total pending amount was nearly $400 for a room at $150 with tax. I put incidentals on another card. It ruined my trip. The transaction didn't clear until I was at home. It is not the booking site because I've booked many times before with other hotels and no issues.
