The water park was soo much fun! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and it is so much fun for the whole family! Oh and of course I loved the meal coupons, such an amazing price!!! It is so nice not to have to cook! The food was delicious and I just overall enjoyed the quality time the lodge helps to foster with your loved ones! With the craziness families go through all year long, a trip to the lodge is definitely a way to slow down and spend quality time together!

The power went out a total of 6 times during our 3 night stay for unknown reasons and I'm not sure if that is the reason but of the 3 paw passes we only got one digital print as the rides didnt pick up our bracelet scans for the digital photo as part of our paw passes.. But other than that little hiccup, I really have no complaints! We had a wonderful time! We will definitely be coming back with the family next winter!

Honestly took us over an hour to check in standing in line with a little one. Didn't really have their ducks In a row there. Was told management was on vacation when I asked for a manager. Bunch of kids running the place to be honest. They also took out the kids club room that was helpful for kids that needed quiet or calming. Stuck in a golf course to make more money for the place. Second time being there for Christmas , didn't change much from last year, I guess the glamour was gone cause we had seen it all already. Over all it's a great place but I do think for the money spent check in should def be before 4 pm. With a little one the whole day is gone already by the time u get settled. This time I was so frustrated by the whole ordeal that isn't was just a rough start this time.

I loved the convenience, the kids entertainment, the location and our room was clean, beautiful, and met our needs.

We would have liked a wider variety of food with more restaurants. As the restaurants at the location served basically the same type of meals. Breakfast available with room service would have also been ideal. As our room was located on the third floor close to the woods, the hallways were a bit noisy at night. We had dinner @ Barnwood Restaurant one night but the food did not meet the expectation as hyped in the menu. The food was more sweet and lacked basic flavour. Overpriced for the quality of food served.

Good location. The waterpark slides were fun! The kids (10 & 11) absolutely liked the park. Towels in the waterpark included. The room decoration. Small terrace was nice. You can find different kinds of food without leaving the location. Barnwood restaurant was great (others seemed crowded). Everything regarding access and payment works with a bracelet, super easy! Automatic check out.

The bunk bed was a bit short, definitely too short for our 11yo for comfortable sleep and this was not clear to me upfront. But nevertheless they liked it, our son used an extra blanket. Ok for one night stay, otherwise we certainly would have preferred a larger bed for him. For the price we have paid I wouldn’t expect extra cost for eg a locker in the waterpark. Too noisy for me. Of course, I don’t expect a park full of kids to be quiet, but I think walls were just too thin.

Clean and serene environment. I enjoyed the water park and the walk around the lodge in the evening. My kids were able to penny board at the back of the lodge towards the cottages and it was fun. Dinner at barnwood was awesome! It was one of the best part of our stay.

That we had to pay for the arcade. It was a little too expensive. I spent almost $100 and the points went by so quickly. The wake up breakfast place is awful. The food tasted like paper, the bacon was overly salted and way over priced. A $19 breakfast should be decent. Eggs and bacons are not that expensive are they?

There are a lot of fun events. The room is comfortable.

The overnight price of $466 is not worth it. The price included waterpark but didn't really use it except just sitting on the lounge chair. Only the spa interest me, but it was full of people sitting in the jacuzzi for hours. There's should be a time limit giving other guests a chance to get in. If I know, I could've paid for just a room stay because I didn't really use and enjoy the waterpark. The waterpark is only good if you have small children. The greatwolf Lodge in the USA is better. It's only a good thing it's Canada day. That's what made the fun the marshmallow roasting and dancing outside with the entertainer and Dj while waiting for the fireworks.

It was out of the tourist area, about 15 minutes driving north from the Falls. The themed rooms with bunk beds were nice to spread out. I liked all of the activities in the lobby. My son enjoyed the magiquest and the paw pass I was able to split up the prepaid items between my three kids.

The bathrooms need more hooks to hang towels and swim suits. I would have liked an option to stream my shows. I tried plugging in my Amazon Firestick but there wasn’t an outlet close enough to the tv. Channels were limited, and the tv was small. The arcade barely gave tickets, so there was no way you could win a decent prize. I put $100 on a game card for my family and they barely came out with 2800 points. The water was cold in the waterpark.

I was surprised at how clean the water park was, especially with so many people! The resort is catered to kids of all sizes and ages, which makes it great for a family with kids from 18 months up to 15. The staff are lovely people, also a surprise when it comes to most of the water park being kids themselves!

I do wish there were more elevators as the wait times could be rather long so most times we just opted to carry the stroller up or down. The resort should accept cash in places as a form of payment. I’m more comfortable giving my kids cash to use than my cards. The rules for the family water slide, the wooly mammoth, should be posted so that families with toddlers don’t hike all the way up to be told no because the toddler doesn’t meet the requirements of sitting and holding on to the straps by themselves.

Water park was brilliant loads of options of slides and pools. Rooms were great stayed in a wolf den. Room was different and kids loved it. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Wristbands that scan for drinks and to enter bedrooms are a great idea.

Evening entertainment was aimed at younger children. Our 8&11yr old weren't interested in story time. When checking in would of been nice to be informed of passes available and offers such as buy a refund cup and get cheaper drinks. Only found this out as leaving. Service of Food in pool area was so slow.

The resort was so much fun for the family. The pools and slides were great. Food was very good much better than expected.

As an Grandma sleeping on the cot because the grandsons wanted to sleep with me in their room a double bed would better lol Also when I booked through bookings.com I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. I would prefer to book direct. It was not easy to find how to book direct. Funny thing when I called booking said I could only get the meal plan if I book it ahead. This was not true so I am put off with them.
