Spacious rooms, two queen beds with three pillows each and clean white cotton sheets , average size bathroom with new ceramics, moderately new carpet and tables and the curtain was clean, the rooms are overlooking Lindy’s lane, and the breakfast was excellent for this average hotel. The breakfast didn’t include every menu item like royal breakfasts but included the basics of a royal breakfast; the fried potato’s were the best possible, the fried eggs were the best possible, and you have Philadelphia cheese and cranberry jam. Oh, lest I forget, there was an item favoured by most Canadians at the breakfast, sausages. I think the sausages were delicious but I didn’t try them because I don’t eat meat generally.

The TV didn’t work, I could spot slight stains on two towels but that was unusual and the towels were exchanged, there was no soap shelf inside the shower, and there was stain on the bathroom ceiling.

There is a lot of snow outside, we rented a room to celebrate a family holiday, and it is great family day with snowing outside.We have a car, there is free parking, the motel consists of three blocks, one is being renovated, we lived with a view of the main street, well-insulated rooms, heating from the air conditioner is not noisy, room very warm. We had very large two beds, slept well. In the room there is a refrigerator, microwave, TV. The bathroom is clean, towels, soap and shampoos are available. Everything in the bathroom is clean and new. The room is very large, there is a table, chairs, there is an entrance door to another room next door, an internal door. It is great to have two families rent rooms next to each other. Our room is non-smoking. And next to it too. It is great. Many thanks to the admins. There is a door from the room - an exit to the street, where you can park your car right next to the room. Now it is winter, but in the summer you can use the pool in the middle of the motel. There are chairs - if you want to look at the snowfall weather, sit, go out, watch the snowfall, you can. I'm kidding. Very friendly admins, 24/7 coffee, tea, juice. I wish you success and we will definitely come here again. Breakfast:good, has everything for breakfast: coffee , sausages, eggs, bread.Room was clean.Excellent location for those who like a quiet holiday. By car you can reach the waterfall in 10 minutes. Everything thing is ok

We liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. Really helped with our one night stay. The breakfast was pretty good. Was better than we were expecting. Lots of options. Good quality. We didn't need to stay longer with parking, but they would have allowed us to park a little after checking out which was much appreciated. Was economical, and they took Booking.com wallet credits as part of the payment too.

Smelled like someone was smoking in the room even though not allowed. Could hear people talking next door. Place is a little dated, but it met all of our needs and then some, and we were pleased none the less.

We don’t like The pork sausages in the breakfast !

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was enveloped in an ambiance of luxury and warmth. The staff's attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring every need was anticipated and met with grace. The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort, with plush furnishings and thoughtful amenities. Every meal was a culinary delight, offering a tantalizing array of flavors to savor. Clean rooms , staff is helpful. Nice breakfast in good price of room. “Ll come back .

The kitchenette was a nice surprise and the beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. All the taps in bathroom looked recently renovated as well. The pool was extremely clean but we never got around to using it.

How loud the AC was. In addition, the toilet kept filling every 10 mins for some unknown reason which made it very hard to get a good nights sleep. The lamps didn't have any shades which was concerning.

Niagara Lodge and Suites has a very friendly and helpful management and staff. The room rates are very affordable and the rooms are quite spacious and clean with very comfortable pillows and beds. Its based in a great location on Lundy Lane very close to the falls and attractions, I've stayed here many times and will keep coming back

The staff is very friendly, professional and courteous. Not sure, what people expect from a reasonably priced place. The breakfast was nice and the free parking just adds to everything needed.

Little bit of upgrades in the room and a bit of cleanliness will make this place awesome. But nevertheless, it is worth for what you pay.

This place is very safe and homely. I have being coming here for past 8 years .Their breakfast is BEST in entire Niagara region. Also some rooms have smart tv that s a big bonus. The owners and staffs are very friendly and accommodating. If you want to stay in Niagara safely on a budget with best breakfast this is the place

Almost everything----I was very surprised when the TV did not turn on. I just wanted to find out the time but could not get a response.

I had arranged for a late arrival and saw someone at reception when I drove up to the door.But I parked and then there was nobody there. As I was getting my phone ready to call the number listed on the door I was noticed and was , thankfully, checked in normally.
