It was very clean and convenient to the bus line

The pool facilities were fantastic but did get a little noisy making it hard to rest if you wanted to go to sleep before the pool closed for the night.

The breakfast at McGilligans was fantastic!! The pool area and arcade were wonderful. The front desk and housekeeping staff are kind and helpful. We loved the poolside rooms. Water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. The rooms were very clean. Great hotel if you have children. The pool and play area is excellent.

Rooms were pretty dark with a dark brown wall and dark brown curtains. Our feet were dirty after walking in the corridors around the pool. The vending machine couldn’t be used the whole 3 days because a Pepsi was stuck. The restaurant closed early on a night we planned to eat there. The location is not great if your focus is the falls and the activities on Clifton hill. You will have to drive or pay $17 per person each day for WEGO bus. During the day the neighborhood seemed safe. But I would not walk after dark.

Staff were kind and courteous. They went out of their way to ensure that we (including our infant) were comfortable and accommodated. The rooms themselves were clean and bathrooms were spotless. There's a few restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store right by the hotel. Super convenient for last minute pick ups. Cheaper than hotels at the falls, and if you have a car, you can get to the falls/Niagara on the lake/vineyards with ease.

Breakfast options is limited to three, and what the restaurant offers only. That said, it was a good breakfast. Location is about 40 minutes walk from the actual falls. You'd definitely need a car or bus pass if staying here. The surrounding area is a little sketch, but I guess that is out of their hands.

How loud it was at night! Not party poopers but we had early sleepers and Friday night live singer was insanely loud from our room in the courtyard! I enjoyed her music though lol just was so loud even with a sound machine! Let’s say no warning of live music and courtroom. A little heads up for 200 plus a night would have been nice

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. We loved Doc Mcgillian's Irish Pub...great food and atmosphere. Best of all, my husband enjoyed the golf simulator. We highly recommend purchasing the WeGo pass. It isn't that expensive and we never took our car out of the parking lot our entire visit to the falls. Traffic can be congested at best! The only con I can add to this review is that we were unaware we had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot, even though we never moved our car. It was a great trip to Canada and we would stay again.

The breakfast was quite good, although some of the bacon was burnt. The pool and spa amenities are very nice. The golf simulator is fun and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed air hockey in the arcade.

Other guests were very noisy and disruptive of our sleep. There were youth travel hockey teams staying in the hotel and they were loud, screaming during waking hours in the pool area and what I presume were their parents were disruptive and obviously intoxicated, making lots of noises on the way to their rooms around 2am.

I told front desk about a incident in the hotel at night we were working up out of our sleep at am in the morning with loud screaming and obnoxious noises swearing banging walls from drunk people in the hallways it was very disturbing and we told them to be quiet and they told us to shut up they didn't go away they were still making noise my kids were scared I was told the security was involved eventually they stopped prob cause they were approach by security this was a very unpleasant stay we have been coming here for years we left early without having breakfast cause we were upset and just wanted to go home this was a terrible time when you pay for leisure and to relax you should be able to enjoy it we didn't because of this

The lady manager Mira I think was fantastic. We were booked at another hotel, one of the Ramada ones and we got a call the week before and told us that everyone in the hotel was being moved to the quality inn because they were forced to close for major renovations. It was my son's wedding down in Niagara on the lake we came in from Ottawa for and when we looked at the hotel online that they were sending us to we called and canceled right away. When I spoke with your manager like I said I think her name was Mira she allowed us to stay for 4 or 5 days we wanted and she waived the 20 dollars per night parking fee as the other hotel was going to do that for us also which I think is just a real money grab for all the hotels down there.

They lost our reservation and turned us away because they were full. After an hour of calling around, on a long weekend, we found another hotel. When we got to the hotel it was a dive so we were about to go home when they called to say they found our reservation. At this point I had already paid for the second hotel. So now I have paid for two hotels for the same weekend. Very frustrating. I will not use best western again and I will not use booking.com again

The staff are all extremely helpful and kind. The hotel itself is spotless. The beds are very comfortable. They have so many things to do inside the hotel you may never need to leave. You are also extremely local to everything, with groceries next door and restaurants all within walking distance. It's really an excellent place.

I really don't have any complaints, I was extremely satisfied. If I could change one small thing it would be a bit better lighting in the bathroom but it wasn't a deal breaker.
