Location was great! Loved being across the street from some great walking trails 👣, bedrooms 1 n 2 had comfortable mattresses, and loved having 2 full bathrooms.....

The ❤️ kitchen was missing a couple of necessary items; namely, can opener and bottle opener It would've been nice to have actual chairs to sit on in the front porch rather than having to stand.... Also, upstairs bathroom tub was very slippery and could be a hazard for some people. Maybe a handicap hand bar or 2 could be installed for easy access in and out of tub/shower.

Location was great. Space in the house was wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.

Refrigerator didn’t keep our food very cold. I reached out at the beginning of our stay to report some damages (not the refer as we didn’t know then) and requested an email address to send pictures to them but never received a response. We were provided what seemed to be some automated emails about the rules and accommodations though.

We loved the layout of the house! It was clean and wonderful, cozy little house. We were impressed that the downstairs was fixed up and had 3 other rooms that we did not know about. We only used the upstairs portion of the house, but it could potentially sleep up to 10 people! We also loved the couch and big TV! It was within walking distance of Niagra Falls, but more like a 30 to 40 min. walk, so when they say "minutes from the falls" they mean by car. We enjoyed the walk and it saved us from paying for parking! We also liked that we could slightly see the Fireworks display from the front porch each night at 10 pm.

The biggest problem is the neighborhood seems poor. This house is right on the line between a poor and a nice area. It was also very hard to try and find a grocery store in this town. We had to drive over to the next town (Lewiston) to get some groceries.

House was very clean and comfortable,

A washer and dryer would have been nice. Furniture and beds were very comfortable and clean, one thing needed was a mirrow in bedroom and hooks to hang a wet towel after using, all in all it was a great place to stay, and we would stay there again.

Oh I find the house very clean .my family liked it plus it was near everything like niagra falls and shopping. And whirlpool jet on lewist city What is great is the rooms too large and have big beds 🛌 and comfortable. Thank you very much that you make me and my family happy see you next time and I already talked to my friend to go there and book a room with you

We loved the whole place, I would say it’s missing some of the homey personal touches like coffee, extra towels / pillows. Stated shampoo and body wash available yet only an all in 1 men’s option in the shower.

My friends and I loved the villa but there's no closet space kind of disappointing. Overall great place to stay

I think you can put some hooks for the towels in the bathroom and also provide with extra blankets and extra trash bags is a house that holds several people and this things could help improve the experience

Quiet neighborhood. The space is well worth the money. Very updated clean look. Convenient location. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The upstairs beds were like sleeping on a slab, very firm. The sink in one bathroom drained extremely slow.
