The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was good and fast bringing out more food for the buffet. Very clean hotel.

The pool was closed both days. Car got broken into in the parking lot.

Room was very specious, more than enough for a family of 4. Room and lobby etc. were very clean. Bathroom was also very clean. Location of the property was very convenient, public transport was a min away. Many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent. Niagara Falls was at walking distance which was amazing. Overall great experience.

Nothing directly to complain about the property but since we went in winter, when we reached in the night not many options for food were available. There was a 7-11 convenient store around half a mile away which saved us.

Front desk clerks all very friendly and helpful! As was all the housekeepers we spoke with. Room clean and neat. Walking distance to the falls if you prefer. You qill pay to park pretty much every where you go

We wished there was more options for breakfast, like maybe bagels or muffins or waffles. It was the samething both mornings. Also the second morning we went down for breakfast it was very busy which is normal for a hotel, but the lady from the kitchen was rude to a guest. When a gentleman asked her if that was all the bread. She replied " yeah that's all you get" in a unpleasant tone.

The room was nice and clean, the bed super comfy. We had an issue the first night with the guests above us, I think they were wearing cement sneakers and moving furniture,,,,at 3 am. I mentioned this to the front desk staff. Our second night was blissfully silent. They moved the guests from above us. I was very impressed. The front desk staff and manager were all very pleasant and smiley...Oh and the bathroom sink was draining slowly so I mentioned that as well and a maintenance worker came and fixed it toot sweet. Very professional and friendly! All in all it was an excellent stay.

Breakfast was ok. I didn't like having an almost $400 hold put on my debit card. That gave me less money to spend on vacation. They kept telling me it's just pending until you check out. At my bank it still makes that money out of reach and they told me 10%. $400 is almost 100% of $500 and some. Ouch. Thank goodness I had some savings put back that I could transfer, or this trip would have been a disaster.

No flexibility on early check-in with less than an hour to go. Unable to provide bill/statement of charges upon check out because we booked through booking.com. Still have no idea what we were charged for. Never received email confirm.

The room was extremely spacious. Love the beds, very fluffy pillows and mattresses. The breakfast was fantastic. I indulged until I passed out. A beautiful, comfortable and spacious lobby, where I waited two hours for my flight time after checkout. The pool was warm and large so you could swim freely. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Walking distance to ALL the major sightseeing spots in Niagra.

The room DESPERATELY needs a closet with hangers. It has cupboards with drawers but without a closet it's not convenient at all to arrange my cloths. The only other issue was, the floor boards. My neighbors to my side and on the top floors were running and walking 3 am in the morning (for some reason) and the hardwood floors amplified the sound of their footsteps. It was REALLY hard to get a good night's sleep.

loved the room itself. clean and nice. The room was very spacious, and included everything expected. Bed was very comfortable.

My room was in the first floor hallway near the side door to the parking lot. The floor in the hall is tile, so the sound traveled well. I could hear everything in that hallway every time anyone came and went. Also, there were some loud arguments in a few of the rooms, which could be clearly heard. My suggestion would be to request an upper floor if you're sensitive to sound.

Nice location; clean facilities and kind workers.

We never got replacement towels. We were there for three nights. Breakfast was basic but was ok. Someone randomly used a key and came in the room they said he was a worker and didn’t know we were there. Not sure why he would be coming in because they thought we were not there at the moment if we booked the room.

About 1/2 mile walk along Niagara river to the falls & State Farm. Bed was very comfortable, staff were all great

I know breakfast was free, but it was terrible. One meal selection, no fruit or yogurt, coffee was pathetically weak. We are very easy to please as far as food goes, but this was exceptionally bad. Additionally, Moe’s grill was attached to the hotel & recommended by staff: food selection looked like it had been sitting a while, something in my quesadilla tasted “old” and I could not eat more than a few bites. My husband’s bowl was tasteless. Very disappointed
