The location was excellent. Really close to a really fun part of town. Two great restaurants right nextdoor. The room was very stylish. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and in good working order. I never met any staff but I'm sure they were lovely. Contactless check in was seamless.

The bathroom layout. The bathroom was very cool and had a swimming pool sized tub but the toilet was in a tiny glass cubicle. The door was very heavy and it felt very close and would not be accessible for some people. This may just be my room.

Great location, the room was nice in general and the bed was comfortable.

We had issue with the toilet every day (the toilet was clogged after each use) The Door of the toilet was very heavy to open. I found some black hair in the bedsheets, I contacted Sonder through App, they was very nice, but they never came to change the bedsheets. Cleaning fee you pay when you book, it’s just a fee for nothing because during my stay no one came to clean my room. In their app this service is with request and you have to pay the cleaning service. I would like to have control over the room temperature as it seemed centrally controlled. The room vas very cold and the highest temperature was 23.

Within walking distance to Rogers Centre and a block from streetcars. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Good bed and lots of pillows. Towels were nice and thick. Plenty of storage space to store clothes for longer stays. I felt totally safe in the hotel and in the area.

I faced Adelaide St and with floor to ceiling windows, I had to keep the drapes closed. My suggestion to Sonder is to install a 2-3 ft strip of privacy film on the window so that drapes could be opened. The bathroom was very roomy but for safety I would have liked a hand rail on the wall in the tub area. The bottom of the tub is slippery so when having a shower this would provide stability. A coffee maker, kettle and fridge are provided but there is no microwave which most hotels provide.

Great location, really central and close to public transport links. The bed was so comfy and massive, room was a good size. Easy check in and out, coffee/tea facilities good to use.

The windows in the room are floor to ceiling and take up most of the room, they are not tinted and as we were only on the second floor everyone could see pretty much all the way into our room, we could obviously shut the curtains when we were changing but in general it was a bit disconcerting making eye contact with people walking by! Also, this didn’t bother us as we slept well but anyone else should be aware it’s quite noisy! Due to location you can hear a lot going on on the street outside, ear plugs are provided however. The room was lovely but just a few little bits of wear and tear, could just do with a little spruce up soon!

The location was great being close enough to walk everywhere within 30 minutes but also not too close so that things got crazy busy. Also nicely placed next to some good cafes and a market for everyday needs. The room and facilities are good. I liked the big bed, the mini fridge and the large bathtub. Overall a solid stay with only minor in improvements needed....but then the construction work is difficult to deal with directly.

The only issue is the construction work going on nearby and that sound travels around the building so if people are noisy then you hear it.

Room was very nice! Modern and clean.

Getting access to the building took an hour standing on the street with our luggage. No reception everything is online, had to call to arrange access. Very inconvenient when you travel international and you have no sim or data.

Location was good. Also very easy to check-in etc with the mobile keycard system. Luggage storage was really useful. They also left us a bottle of prosecco in the fridge for our anniversary which was a really nice touch. Our room overlooked the street, which was a little noisy on Saturday night, but they provide earplugs (and a white noise machine) which is very thoughtful. To be honest the jetlag kicked in so we didn't notice too much anyway!

The curtain rail was broken - there are massive windows in the room which were amazing for the view, but it was difficult to close the curtains properly.

Amazing room in a great location. We loved the spacious room, great storage, giant bath, the comfy bed, the excellent coffee facilities, the convenient luggage storage, good TV and WiFi... it was all great. The communications and access/ check in instructions were also perfect. It wasn't noisy at all in room 401 but we were grateful for the white noise machine, it really felt like a lot of thought had gone into making the room as good as it could be.

Nothing. This was a great first experience staying in a Sonder hotel and we'll be looking specifically for them on future trips.

Great location, awesome room, check in was easy even without staff there—just need the code and you’re set. We were upgraded to a king suite and really appreciated that. Other folks in the reviews commented on it being too loud but construction in the neighbouring building must either be completed or paused because it wasn’t an issue for us.

Very minor but there was no cutlery in the room which would be nice for a hotel with no front desk. There was some in the room with lockers on the 2nd floor however. Also low pressure shower head.

Great location and we had a wonderful stay!! Very spacious room for two people. Large bathroom with large tube and two ceiling shower heads. Very easy to check in and out esp with the Sonder app. This location also had lockers for storage in the case you arrived early or needed to store your luggage after check out for a bit. Definitely recommend the restaurant next store - sushi and tacos very delicious!!

This will be a bit silly but the door to the bathroom is so heavy!
