The hotel is new and very clean, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Our window had a view of the beautifully maintained green roof, while rooms on the other side overlook the horse racing track. The large windows add to the pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, and we were even provided with a free shuttle bus to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation close to the airport or visiting the casino. Also for those that have a car parking is free.

The hotel was great, but the location might not be ideal for those without a car, as it takes about 1.5 hours to reach Toronto by public transport. However, it’s perfect if you need to be close to the airport!

Beautiful hotel and casino in a great location near airport.

Lots of parking, however not clear directions for hotel guest parking. Difficult to check in as there were no temporary parking spaces and valet was unkind. Front desk staff at check in were also not helpful with instructions on where to park. There was ample parking and it wasn’t necessary to drive all the way down to bottom level where check in staff instructed. So confusing and not necessary. I realize valet is preferred by hotel and casino but not required by all guests.

Property was beautiful and parking was easy in the security controlled covered parking structure. The room was fabulous and clean and well laid out. We had a view of the track and room service and the hospitality from the staff was 5 star . I recommend this as being the best place to stay in the GTA. The casino was massive and the restaurants were top quality. We dined at the Copperhorn meet house and I’ll have to honestly say that was the best food I have ever experienced at any restraunt . My wife agrees. I’m not sure but it should have a Michelin rating for sure and the staff were also superb . Money well spent. I can’t say enough good things about this experience and I’m very picky. I definitely will be vacationing there once again and highly recommend the stay here.

This is a brand new facility, and the rooms are designed well to meet the standards. The room was clean, and the room service was quick. Although this hotel is part of the casino, it was a suitable location even for my todller. He enjoyed the equestrian competition every single morning, which was held in the rink just in front of the nice view of our room. This facility is highly recommended for a family or who just wants to enjoy playing in casino downstairs. I was not satisfied with some of the staff behavior; however, this is not something that underestimates the high quality of this hotel.

There were plenty food options, the convenience of the bars were great for the stay, everything was fairly priced, and the room was very clean and spacious. Not much of a casino person but it added to the energy of the hotel.

The 30 minute drive to the city was a little rough with the traffic due to construction in preparation for the World Cup games. It was more like a 45-50 minute drive a little more depending on the time of day. On a positive note it is located within 10-12 minutes from the airport which they do provide a free shuttle to and from.

Clean rooms and good location free parking

Channel choices were minimal in the rooms, you only had Samsung free tv. Options or you could cast from a device I was there for 3 days and couldn't get it to work. No comfortable seating in this nice room they give you, a computer chair or small dining chair. No couch nothing to sit on to watch a 55" Samsung with free channels and no other options. I had to go downstairs to watch the Monday night game and only found it on my own. Personal didn't or couldn't answer me when I asked them.

The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Housekeeping came every day and it was located near restaurants and shopping.

Initially it was HARD to find the hotel entrance as the address on the booking site is different from the actual hotel check- in. The parking took a little getting use to, but managed to figure it out. And I didn't like that you had to go through the casino for food. Should be a way you can access food without the hassle. The options weren't that great either, but was glad we had access to something.

My room was great, had a beautiful view of the racetrack and could even see Toronto downtown in the distance. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable! Can't beat the convenience of staying in the casino for going to any events there. Definitely need to have a car when visiting if you plan to do anything outside of the casino as there is nothing in walking distance from the property other than what is inside the casino or at the racetrack.

The area surrounding the hotel is under construction and I think there will be even more restaurants/shopping once that is complete which will make staying here even better. Also, early check-in is only available for an extra fee. There is an airport shuttle but on a schedule so I recommend calling the hotel ahead of your travel to find out what the schedule will be and if it will match your travel plans.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! The lobby looks great and set a welcoming tone from the start. The room was spacious, clean, and bright, with an impressive view. The staff were kind and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the complimentary water and blanket provided. The only recommendation would be to have clearer signs/instructions for guest parking closer to the hotel elevator instead of the public/casino parking. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The only downside is that the location is a bit far from downtown, but it's a plus if you prefer a quieter environment.
