The staff were courteous and helpful. The van from the airport was a little tricky because many vans were arriving at a busy time and there was more than one Sheraton. Dinner was excellent and part of why I chose this hotel over others. The breakfast buffet included healthy choices and vegans seated near me were satisfied. Although I tried for a discount, adding flexibility options drove the price up more than I anticipated but it couldn`t be helped.

I preferred to watch the planes approaching the hotel, but I wasn`t aware that some rooms were facing away from the flight path. Once I got settled (after a late arrival) I noticed but did not ask to be relocated. This was a personal preference, but for some people, this might be a bonus. Soundproofing in the rooms is good, so noise is not an issue.

Everything was exceptional!!!!! It was very comfortable clean and had so much to do. It was the perfect location and I felt everything was super comfortable and staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

It would be nice if there was a lifeguard at pool at all times. And no phones allowed. There was a man who had his camera held upward and he clearly was pretending to talk and my daughter and I felt uncomfortable because he took it out as soon as we came to pool and it was pointed in our direction in the pool not at his children. Aside from that the oool temp was amazing . Some ambient lights and decorations would be awesome. :)

The hotel and restaurant staff were helpful and accomodating. I especially appreciated their willingness to prepare documents for me that were essential for returning to my country of residence. I liked watching the planes taking off and landing directly over the hotel, and was amazed that the sound-proofing managed to prevent most of the sound from bothering my sleep (3rd floor first visit, 5th floor second visit, 8 floors available). The bed and pillows were comfortable, the blanket was light but warm enough, and the heating could be controlled in each room. Water pressure was good at all times.

I wish they had kept up the free coffee service that they still had in the first week of March. If it is troublesome for the staff to serve customers, then can I recommend a self-serve station? It would not need to be kept up by staff members as often as serving each customer individually, and if necessary, it could be made available at off-peak hours. The difficulty of providing free coffee to customers is a small price to pay for the goodwill it generates.

It was nice not having to pay until getting there, friendly and knowledgeable staff, super comfortable beds/pillows-we could sleep there every night, very clean, pool was awesome and free breakfast was great! We saw planes go by, but we never heard them, they didnt keep us up at night, solid walls-never heard other guests making noise for a fully booked hotel. Free shuttle to the airport for the U-train to union station was awesome, saved on uber/taxi. Nice bang for the buck!

Wish they had free parking, considering it wasn't a secure underground parking lot. Hotel was super clean but one thing that was odd was dishes left outside of doors as staff were cleaning rooms, we felt there was no reasoning for that. It made it look messy when it wasn't but made it awkward to walk by while getting to the room/elevator (not a huge deal, just somthing we noticed)...booking.com made it seem like we could do a super early check-in but then we really couldn't.

The hotel was convenient to the airport. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious.

The wait to get the shuttle was 40 min and one guy said he had been waiting an hour - this was at 11pm. We had to get room service to come and show us how to operate the coffee machine (the instructions on the machine were so small we could not read them) and the room temperature control was so high up the wall, my partner needed a chair to adjust it. We were never satisfied with the temperature in the room; when we increased the temperature control, the temperature went down. Why can't the people who design these things make them user friendly?

I was staying with my family for 2 nights. Deluxe room is much better and more comfortable than normal room. Pool was warm. My kids liked it. There were some extra activities for kids for family day. Appreciate. My kids were so happy to play there. In general very good hotel. But! We are almost every weekends traveling to different cities and different hotels. But your hotel is impressed me with kindness and welcoming of staff! I want to say a big thanks to so many people who is working in your hotel! One lady in reception (she was evening time on 17.02.2024). I guess she is Indian. She is so lovely. Chef who was on Sunday was so lovely (he was making omelettes) Also Anna from reception Also Val (woman with blond hair from concierge) and Mohini. And other restaurant staff . Thank you. My kids would love to come back ☺️

I stayed in this hotel for one night only on my way from Toronto airport to my final destination. The travel from airport to hotel was via a free shuttle service. I asked around and found the shuttle waiting at the designated spot. The driver only wanted to confirm I was heading to the right Sheraton hotel (there are 2- one is nearer to the airport and accessible via terminal 1, this one was farther away and accessible via shuttle). The shuttle took about 10-15 minutes to get there. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. They checked me in without any hassle. The room itself was nice and clean, with all the usual amenities such as tea/coffee, iron + table. The bathroom was nice and clean too and nothing was broken. The bed mattress was nice and comfy but the pillows were too soft. I did not use the restaurant though I am told they serve halal food (I was told to inform the chef about the choices). The next morning, I loved the buffet breakfast. I particularly liked the "on demand" omelette service and the friendly chef who made it. Later, I took the shuttle back to the airport to catch the UP express. I did not use the parking service. I also did not use the fitness centre and did not look around for any local shops, so unable to comment on these. All in all, my stay was pleasant and I am very happy. I found the facilities nice and clean, and staff were pleasant. I now have a nice hotel on my list for a stopover if heading to/from Toronto Pearson airport.

Pillows- too soft for me.

Great room, very accommodating staff, very comfortable bed. It's not as close to the airport as you'd expect but the shuttle will take you TO AND FROM the airport at ANY TIME you request at the front desk. You can call and ask the property where to find the shuttle to the hotel when you land. Nice pool and gym, and good breakfast. The staff was so nice and helped me get an early check-in on a Sunday even when they were under staffed.

The price was more than I would've liked. The facilities appear more luxurious on the pictures but it didn't disappoint in any way except the price. I ate hotel food and I would recommend ordering from Uber or Skip instead you will get better value for money.

Extremely comfortable and very spacious room - immaculate and recently renovated. Lovely housekeeping staff - special mention for Housekeeping Manager Sachi. She was so helpful in sorting out our room for us and so friendly. We were delighted with the late check out the staff arranged as our flight was quite late in the day - staff were most helpful in arranging this. Great shuttle to the airport with a lovely driver. Breakfast was excellent - the most amazing chef on the omelette station. Best omelette we've ever had and he took the time to chat to all the guests which was really nice.

We booked a Club Room with lounge access. Although we were allocated a lovely room on the Club floor the lounge was not available as it 'was closed for the weekend'! We were a bit disappointed as we felt this should have been mentioned when booking. However the late check out and the fact we were allowed unlimited snacks and drinks from the reception area more then compensated for our initial disappointment.

The Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference exceeded our expectations. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. We were even given beverages and snacks upon our arrival after midnight and checkout. The hotel was spotless and the staff was professional, kind and courteous. The room on the club level was spacious, clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast and dinner at the Restaurant was amazing. The pool area was also clean and warm. We highly recommend Sheraton as they take pride in what they do.
