I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a cheap place to stay in downtown Montreal! The hotels in Montreal are insanely expensive. This was the cheapest hotel we could find and it was a great value. The location is optimal, right in the middle of downtown and walking distance to restaurants, bars, clubs, site seeing, mall/movie theater, metro, etc. We parked in the parking lot right across the street for $25 CAD per day. We walked everywhere so didn't need to drive the car at all, but the lot is attended to 24/7 so we had access to the keys whenever we needed to get things out of the car. The hotel is small and looks worn down BUT the room itself was great! Very spacious! There are 14 floors with 2 working elevators. Our room was on the 10th floor and had 2 queen beds, a desk with a chair, a table with 2 loveseat chairs, shower with a bathtub, cable TV, A/C, microwave, mini fridge, blackout curtains, and a little patio overlooking the city. There was free wifi available but we didn't use it. The room was clean and the beds were COMFORTABLE, the mattress was so soft like a cloud. They also offer free breakfast that included juice, coffee, muffins, toast, yogurt, cereal, boiled and scrambled eggs, and sausages. Again, great value for your money if you don't mind it being a little run down.

Honestly, it was a great stay. If I'm being picky, it was a bit loud at night from the partiers and cars in the streets since the location is downtown. But we turned on the A/C and the fan blocked out the noises. I wish the curtain was about 1-2 inches longer because the light came through the bottom a bit

Lorcation was excellent - close to lots of restaurants and neat stores. Room was very good. No problems. Breakfast food was excellent, but the room was too small. Some days it was difficult to find a free seat - should have had someone doing the seating as sometimes a single person sat at a table for four. The staff were all very helpful.

The elevator was very slow and there was no elevator for the staff with the laundry carts, so it they were moving their carts there was not much room for the customers. There should be a freight elevator. We were on the 11th floor and it was slow.

I didnt like the spot where i needed to park my car. Right across from your hotel. I found the the people at the booth were a bit sketchy. I felt they were looking through the car and i noticed they parked my car way in the back where there was no lights. I felt the whole night our car would be broke into. Not a good feeling when your on a vacation. I asked them if it could be moved up closer to the hotel and they didnt want to do that. I had to give them cash to get it moved up closer. Even though your hotel was very nice i wont stay there again becuse the the car parking experance.

It's an older hotel, but it had everything we needed and was close to everything we wanted to see. I love having a balcony, so I stay at Comfort Inns and Suites usually when I travel. We had a balcony facing the back, which I actually liked. It was quieter and although not "scenic" or pretty, it was interesting. Breakfast was free and worth every penny.

It would have been better if it had a restaurant and bar, but there were plenty around us. Also, a pool would have been nice. I'm stretching here, because there wasn't a lot that I didn't like, but they could use more than just 1 luggage cart.

The location was great, very central, close to transit, restaurants and amenities. The staff were excellent, very pleasant and helpful and they spoke both English and French. My room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again. There was a reasonable choice of food at breakfast, although it was the same every day.

Breakfast was good. Tasty. Location was good for access to bell Center and room was awesome bed was amazing. Staff were polite

Room needs better window and doors to mask some of the noise from the night traffic and hollers.

The staff is so pleasant. Parking is extra in the lot across the street. 25$/ night 24 hrs in & out. They are awesome at the lot also. The bed was very comfortable. Blankets were snuggly. I had a king. I chose a place that was close enough to my surgeon and his office. Spent 5 nights very comfortable and chill during recovery. Its close to all the nightlife so it could be a bit louder but I asked for a quieter room that faced the alley. I was able to go down and get myself breakfast every day and it was good/free.

The door out to the balcony didn't lock nor did it shut all the way. I used the luggage cart to block it bc I was staying alone.

Great location and friendly staff. We left a phone behind and they helped us find it and get it back.

Elevator is a little slow. Wish they had parking or a deal with a nearby parking lot.

Breakfast was great ,room was good staff was amazing and very friendly I would definitely recommend staying there.

Our bathroom had mold outside the door on carpet,wasn’t impressed,do to water coming from shower. Breakfast room not enough seating,two days very crowded and hot.

Great location in centre town side street. Front desk staff helpful and lobby and rooms clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and adequate electrical outlets. We like having a balcony.

it’s an older 70s type building so windows don’t open and air conditioner is noisy. Balcony door is not a satisfactory option. They were out of in-room coffee packets except for decaf, even at front desk - supply side issues? Tiny shampoo not enough for two people. I think they are probably due for some kind of room upgrade - everything is functional but a bit worn.
