Big room. Great facilitied

In Montreals sub zero winter there needs to be more baggage storage onsite. This is a real problem when the departing guests use all four stores. The problem is compounded because the electronic lock system is set to open room only at 4pm so many arriving pax are frustrated and the back up storage system off site is cumbersome to use. I would have thought that a system could be introduced that when the cleaners finish a room the arriving guest is electronically notified they can use the room - this would reduce the baggage store system. This is where a hotel eith a receptionist has an advantage

This property is right in the heart of Old Montreal. It is steps away from the Basilica of Notre-Dame and the Old Port and tons of shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and sleek with washer/dryer in the unit and a nice efficiency kitchen and table with a comfortable living area and large TV. It is a nice apartment with a deep windowsill to check out the "rue" below. Around the corner is a convenience store for some of the necessities.

Driving in Montreal and parking is challenging. If you can get there by means other than car, I would recommend it.

The ease of checking in at any time. There were no staff onsite however I still felt supported and welcomed. The room was very well equipped and with modern technology too. Great location as well in old Montreal! Really impressed with the whole experience.

Location of the entrance was a little confusing at first as we were new to the city and the uber driver also was unsure where to drop us off

It was exactly as advertised and was clean and comfortable.

The only one thing that I could suggest would be to have a French press coffee option available vs. the coffee machine. Also, we didn’t discover the cabinet in the entryway with the extra items until the day before we left . It would have been helpful for a note to be up in the room to direct us to that area. There were two coffee filters there we ended up, rinsing them out and reusing them every day because we didn’t wanna buy a package for a weeks stay.

Great flat in a good and quiet location basically next to Notre Dame in the heart of Old Montreal. Good bed, great shower, basic kitchen, overall a great experience.

Just two minor things: (1) Not enough coffee for the amount of nights we stayed and the downstairs supplies seemed to be consistently out. (2) Also, the kitchen is not equipped with any cooking oil or spices, so anything you want to cook will stick to the pan and will not have much flavour.

Perfect location, close to the old port and old beautiful Montreal ,where all the shops, restaurants, river cruises available, Clean wide studio,large comfortable bed, every thing you need for the room is available, great service team available 24/7 ,highly recommended, we enjoyed our vacation very much.

The cleanliness, clear instructions and provisions made for a very comfortable stay.

The inability to contact Sonder initially without WiFi access was frustrating. I couldn't gain access to the building. I wonder whether noise would normally be an issue as earplugs were provided however until June 26, the road is closed to traffic due to groundworks.

Very central to old Montreal, the port, norte dame basílica, china town and metro stations , staff were very responsive on the app to chats the pizzeria bros across the street was a quick delicious meal

The stair entranceway onto Notre dame locked at certain time and we were not aware of this

The apartment was well stocked, very clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better location. We walked to the Notre Dame Basilica and other historic sites. Excellent restaurants and pastry shops were plentiful-it was hard to choose between the options.

Can’t think of one thing that could have been better.

Spacious. Location. Well maintained.

Lighting. No directions explaining how to drive there. Very confusing. We ended up having to carry luggage from a parking lot. Not a good introduction to the place. First impressions are important and not explaining the site difficulties was a big oversight. We spoke to others who had the same issues. Please provide accurate information.
