keep up with your cleanliness! This is the first hotel I can think of that did not trigger my allergies when using your blankets and pillows! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Amazingly enough, many of the places or attractions we wanted to visit were all within walking distance, which allowed us to enjoy the weather and culture of the city. We loved our stay.

It would have been nice if booking.com could flag that this was a price that did not include breakfast and give us the option to include breakfast. We still enjoyed walking the city and finding morning pastries. The view out the windows were not great but I also understand that we were in the city with limited spaces and views.

The bedroom and sitting room in our king suite were gorgeous, huge, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The lobby had a lot of fun art. The location was ideal: near Notre Dame and several restaurants, pubs, and shops. Water pressure in the shower was great. Though some of the staff seemed a bit inexperienced, they were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom needs a lot of attention. The lighting was far too dim; the shower drain is not in the lowest place, so water pools, cools, and stays on the shower floor till the next time its used; there were small drops of what looked like blood on the wall under the sink; there were only two towels and washcloths for a three night stay; the cord on the hairdryer is not long enough for it to be used easily; no vent, so the walls "bled" moisture after the shower was used; and the shower water was either very hot or very cold...difficult to find "just right." The lighting in the entire suite needs to have brighter options.

Great location for Old Town delights - port, sights, restaurants, bars etc, yet room quiet. Lovely old bank building, ensures high ceilings in room and inability to hear adjoining guests. Bed very comfortable. Shower over bath (high level rose but could be detached). Breakfast included made a welcome change. Staff young, kind, chatty and helpful.

Premier King Room was generous in size, but poorly put together - random selection of furniture. Pelmet of one pair of curtains coming away from mooring. Sockets/charging on one side of the bed only. Public areas crammed with every kind of pop art could give visual indigestion. Breakfast not trying too hard - gave up after second day.

The location was perfect - right around the corner from the Basilica and a short walk to the Old Port area. The hotel has a retro American vibe and is in an old heritage building. Lots of funky paintings and prints decorate the hallways and the main area. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We drove to Montreal, and the hotel valet staff had to drive our car to an offsite parking lot, but they were very quick whenever we needed to access our vehicle.

Everything was great, but I think the one thing that potential guests should know is that the breakfast consists of two croissant or pain au chocolat and coffee. If you want a full breakfast, you will want to visit any one of the cafes located near the hotel.

I booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms for 3 nights - for myself and my 2 children. 2 rooms for 4 nights - for my sister and her family. For the 3 nights we got the room as expected, just like the photos on the website. My sister had a different experience: Her room was small and nothing like the photos. We raised this with the reception and the next day she was upgraded to a really nice room. So everybody happy in the end. Staff very helpful and friendly, bedrooms clean and comfortable. Art Work every where was really nice. Hotel location perfect. Could walk everywhere.

Breakfast was included in our price. We expected the standard breakfast with eggs, toast, cereal, etc... But in Quebec state the standard seems to be Croissant, orange juice, coffee/tea, yogurt and an apple. So nothing wrong with the hotel, our expectations were incorrect.

Hotel is like an art gallery. There are some paintings, posters on every walls. Room has a high ceiling so feels very fresh. Stuff is amazing, very kind people. Cleanness was good. Location is good. Bed is exceptionally comfortable, you won't want to leave bed. Pillows were exactly what we needed. We slept amazing.

What I didn't like is more a feedback to hotel than a negative recommendation for people. Hotel is really nice. The drain was a bit clogged in basin so water was not flowing easily. Plugs are a bit difficult to reach -ground level and behind a furniture-. Breakfast was a bit lower than expectations but croissants were tasty and it was enough to feel full.

Staff very helpful and responsive. Location was great and many things like restaurants and historic attractions were close by. The room on the first floor was quiet and well appointed. Cozy beds.

Booked two rooms, 107, 108 for three days. They were well appointed EXCEPT the CARPET in both rooms was so stained and dirty, that they should be replaced. It rather ruined the total ambience of our stay. Otherwise, lovely.

The location was awesome, only a few blocks from Notre Dame Cathedral and the shopping area with numerous restaurants. The rooms were large and we really enjoyed the decor of the Hotel highlighting famous performers from the past. The staff was very helpful and friendly which made our stay even more special.

Breakfast consisted of 2 croissants along with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and orange juice.

The hotel was easy to get to and had valet parking. It was walking distnace to all the sites/restaturants in Old Port. Our room was beautiful, visually and comfortable. The continental breakfast was better than expected. Hard bolied eggs, croissant, Chocalate filled or plain, juice and coffe, which I thought was deliscious. The staff was excepttonal. Friendly, courteous and helpful!

The only complaint I had was the lighting in the bedroom. It was a little dark, maybe because the ceiling are so high and there were only desk lamps in the room. The bathroom lights were very bright.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the Metro station, downtown and old Montreal. The room is tidy and clean. The staff provided excellent services to the guests. I wanted to share an outstanding compliment for one of your staff members - Thibout. Thibout's hospitality and service went above and beyond our expectations. Thibout's thoughtful nature was evident in so many ways during our stay. His attention to detail, generous spirit, and ability to anticipate our needs was impeccable. Please pass along my sincere gratitude and highest compliments to Thibout.

It is better if the breakfast can offer more variety.
