helpful staff and cozy hotel. rooms are okay and there are even sometimes small little candies from the cleaning staff. very nice concept with boutique character. breakfast was good and had a decent selection. all day free coffee and tea. as well as free wine tasting in the evening. location is good and close to subway, bus and you easily find a taxi around the corner. you could even walk to the bus terminal and train station (no it is not more dangerous as everywhere else in the world).

no sound insulation. you can hear everything within hotel and from outside. on weekends there was loud music on the street

The hotel has been beautifully restored & the interior & room décor was to a very high standard. The staff where very helpful & spoke good English & were able to assist with some trips.

The location was great, but the proximity to what was a party venue a little further down the street will be an issue for some people & I did find the loud music that went on late spoilt my stay. The whole area is waiting for redevelopment so some of the streets are empty with boarded up buildings which gave the whole area an edgy feel.

I thought that the staff were exceptional, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast and meals were good, you could get coffee downstairs if you wanted it. I liked the location in an older and quiet neighbourhood. It's a nice and not too long a walk to Constitution Square and the Plaza de Armas and its not too far from Republica metro or a major bus terminal. The hotel is modern and fresh.

Nothing worth mentioning.

The minute I checked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, and warm. He showed me the room and made sure I'm comfortable with the room switches, bathroom water temperature control etc. The breakfast was great. I had a tour the following morning and early pickup but they made the time to serve breakfast before pickup time. who would do that. They even had my laundry done which I'm pretty sure they just made it happen. there was a young lady on my final breakfast who again made sure my breakfast was a nice experience. thanks young lady! I shall be back! :)

It's a nice hotel, with nice staff. I liked the free wine every night.

There's no elevator and the reception is on -1 level so there's a lot of walking. It might be a problem for some. I had no hot water in the shower for 2 days. They didn't solve it right away when I complained, so the next day I had an unpleasant surprise again. The neighborhood is pretty but there's almost nothing around in terms of bars etc.

I was happy to have booked this little boutique hotel in the Concha y Toro neighborhood. The stuff was very atentive and supportive to give indications on what to do in Santiago, where to go, what to eat, best views etc. The room small but good enough. I loved the mattress and had an overall good sleep and stay.

The staff was amazing - great attention to detail, kind and helpful. The street that the hotel is on is lovely. Nice amenities like breakfast and tea and wine hour included, staff delivered a delicious homemade chocolate in the evening

The staff are outstanding ...they make the hotel. Rooms are very clean and breakfast great

The area has beauty in the architecture but lacks some upkeep...but with metro and Uber etc it's not an issue.

The excellent staff- very attentive and friendly. The place- very nice. Breakfast- excellent, variety to choose from. Close to public transportation.

The room was very small.
