The staff in this hotel are just exceptional. This is the third time we have done a stopover and used this hotel - and while the hotel itself is pretty standard for an airport Marriot - the staff are what sets it apart. They go out of their way to do things for you, to make you feel at home and comfortable. All of them speak excellent English, and they are so friendly. We really enjoy staying here as a result. Rooms are big and comfortable.

The breakfast is a little underwhelming. Although on our second morning we were offered omelettes and eggs cooked to order which we had not been told were available. The buffet needs more healthy options (natural yogurt, cereals with no sugar, chopped fresh fruit, etc) and gluten free bread was requested by me prior to my stay but not provided.

My checking in was done by Isidora . She was warm, friendly, efficient and helpful. She tried to answer all my queries and what she was unsure of, she checked. She did her best to ensure that my stay was lovely. The facilities were good and the bed comfortable. Checking out I had Victor- another consummate professional. He did everything in his powers to address my concerns and queries and was pleasant, friendly efficient yet professional. At dinner across both days I had several servers all very very lovely- in particular two young guys over the two days, for whom I left a tip. Very clean environment and a lovely pool and pool side atmosphere.

The breakfast was boring and mainly continental. No bacon or sausages, lots of ham and deli meat though. The coffee machine in the room did not work but Victor made up for that by making me coffee when I got to the lobby. All television stations except CNN in Spanish and closed caption was not available. No shower gel in the bathroom and no bottled water left for guests.

Nice hotel, clean with OK breakfast for the price (Booking price without VAT 90 USD), close to the airport, only 5 min drive. Free shattle service included in the price.

In order to get your right as a foreigner not to pay VAT, you need to pay hotels in Chile in USD. They did not offer any support to do so (informing us before, offering exchange services), so we needed to pay 20.000 CLP (20 USD) more than the booking price. The bathroom had only a top mounted shower. We expected more from Merriott. The shattle service is not guaranteed in a time that fits you, so make sure to arrange it on time.

Central, 5 minutes to the airport, and has a transfer service to the airport each hour. Furthermore the pool is long enough to have a swim. Room has all what is needed.

The service personnel for dinner was overstretched, to much guests and not enough service personnel , I waited over 1 hour for a soup, then they told me they forgotten it - at the end I got it after 75 min. Only 1-2 vegan food options. No plant based cappuccino available. A place for arriving and leaving with transfer or taxi (which most guests like I will do anyway- having the airport 5 driving min away) as the neighborhood is rather insecure. Air conditioning quite noisy, and you can’t open the windows.

The room was comfortable, and the area was quiet. The staff was very helpful and attentive, taking the time to explain all the facilities available to customers. A big plus was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fruits, cereals, and even a special section for guests with food allergies, such as celiac disease. It was a great surprise!

The transfer service was not very convenient, as the shuttles are scheduled to leave from the airport to the hotel only once every hour. I would recommend increasing the frequency, as guests arriving from the airport are often tired and eager to rest in their hotel rooms.

We grabbed a room here after a LATAM cancellation...and used it for just three hours of rest before returning to the airport for our rebooked flight. It's more expensive than some of the other airport-area hotels we may have chosen, but they had availability and we wanted to get flat and sleep. Like other airport-area hotels, this one has a free shuttle, which is of great value. Our booking included breakfast, which we didn't want because we'd be leaving at 3 AM, but we were very pleased to be handed a sandwich and some fruit as we left that morning.

A good, convenient stay right by the airport. We took advantage of the free shuttle service, keep in mind you do need to book, and it still only goes once every hour, so you might have to wait, but the whatsapp communication was good with the hotel and driver so I didn't need to worry. The rooms are tidy and simple, warm and quiet enough for being 5 minutes from the airport. You could hear the planes but only just. The staff were all very friendly and spoke good english. The pool looked great but it was winter so couldnt enjoy that. The style of the common areas is nice. The breakfast was also really good, lots of options, eggs, bacon, toast, lots of sweet cakes, some cereals. I wish there had been some unpeeled fruit and chilled packaged yoghurt but never mind. The menu at the restaurant looked really good for dinner and I wish I could have ordered a la carte instead of choosing the "half board" option.

The "half board" or included dinner, only had one option, which isn't very ideal if you're feeling fussy, which I find I often am after a 12 hour flight 🤣 as I said above, I wish I had not chosen the included dinner and ordered dinner off the menu, there were lots and lots of options and all reasonable prices. Reasonable price drinks too. If you want to avoid drinking tap water I would suggest buying it before you arrive as it is a completely industrial area with no stores around to buy water. Good to be close to the airport but of course a shame to be in such an industrial area, no where to stretch your legs etc. It did feel very safe though

I only stayed here for a long layover after landing at 5am and wanting a place to sleep a bit before my 4pm flight. It was great. They had a free shuttle that took me to/from the airport that was easy to find, and they accommodated a late check out so I could get as much rest as possible. Short distance from the airport as well. In terms of the room, the bed was super comfortable. I’d stay here again for a layover.

I did find some loose faint hairs in the bed I had to remove, but besides this all seemed clean. I wasn't able to eat the breakfast but had a rake away breakfast. It is a shame that breakfast doesn't start earlier. The lighting in room , is a little dark and the coffee machine in room only gives you two pods, one was decaf so I didnt use. It would be great if there was a sauna/steamroom. Also note there isn't any currency exchange like it states so change beforehand! I made this error as it says currency exchange. I also emailed about requesting shuttle service to pick up from airport but I didnt get a reply so had to use uber instead.

Room door was not properly installed so to close it one had to lift it slightly for it to close without hitting the doorframe Window drapes slid off their rails when drawing them down. Again, another problem of improper installation. Hotel management should look into this as it is standard control for a large chain like Marriott
