Convenient location close to the shopping at Costanera - about 8 min walk - and some good eating places. Easy access to other areas of Santiago, such as the centre and Funicular area. Modern rooms, they were clean and comfortable. Quiet and relaxing. Good shower with both overhead and rain shower attachment. Staff were helpful.

It’s a small thing but access to hot water and tea or coffee in the room would have been convenient but we survived! We made use of the patisserie attached to the hotel to have a drink to take up with us. If I was sharing the room, I may have found the sliding door to the bathroom a bit too exposing as it doesn’t ’seal’. For me it was great :-)

The property has bikes available for use . They have e bikes and mountain bikes. That made it such a great place to explore the city! The bike paths are well marked and extensive. We had a late night flight out of Santiago. The hotel stored our luggage without charging another nights stay. They even permitted us to use the bikes during the day while our luggage was stored post check-out. The hotel staff including the servers were friendly. Our stay also included breakfast. The breakfast had many options. The roof top bar was fun and a great view both day and night. We speak English and very little Chilean , several staff members communicated with us. On person in particular wanted to help us learn and we helped him learn. That made the conversations lots of fun!

Not the best for vacation travel in my opinion.

they lack so many things. No vanity set, no kettle with some tea bags, toilet is basically part of the room, minibar empty plus below the sink… some small investments could improve the experience a lot. Only one morning they offered tomato and lettuce, the other mornings they only had lettuce when it comes to salads.

Great location, in the very safe area of Providencia. The room was fine, simple but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and there is a rooftop bar with wonderful views of Santiago. Free parking is available, which is a great advantage when traveling by car. Most of the staff was nice and helpful.

Dinner at their restaurant was not great and quite expensive.

Great hotel, located in Porvidencia, just a few miles from Sky costanera and mall. Very modern with new furniture and comfortable room. The breakfast is good and the hotel has 2 restaurants with good quality food. One located in the roof top with live music and DJ what's very cool.

We had a few problems with eletricity but it was solved quickly after call reception. The breakfast it's good but could have more options. There ws a water leak in the shower something some guests already experience before.

Stylish looking room and lobby. Very good location. We enjoyed the rooftop bar. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of healthy (and other) options.

The room is rather over-designed and small. A loud whirring noise came from behind the TV after the TV and lights had been on for 10 minutes or so (possibly a cooling fan catching on something). This, and a defunct reading light were reported on our first day. The charming repair man said he'd repair it all that day and the problems remained unsolved and uncommented for the remaining two days of our stay. We simply turned off the TV after 10 minutes.. The hotel staff were very friendly, but recommended us the possibly worst restaurant of our stay in Chile (Liguria). Good if you like overpriced stuff out of packets served in a very loud restaurant.

The hotel is very welcoming. In a great location close to the Costanera mall and 2 blocks from the subway. Staff always willing to help and answer questions. Every day there is an event like DJ, preparation of drinks and other activities. Free city bikes are available. the breakfast is excellent. Extremely comfortable and cozy room. Comfortable bed, beautiful lighting and the safe is along with the closet where you can store a lot of things.There is a bar and restaurant on the rooftop with a beautiful view.

The shower changes temperature sometimes. There is only a small garbage in the bathroom. As a good Brazilian tourist who always goes shopping, it would be nice to have a wastebasket in the room as well.

They required me to pay at check-in and that was a problem since I lost my physical credit cards before arrival. Paying with Google Pay didn't work for unknown reasons and it took some time to find a way to pay (a Peruvian friend of mine could pay for me via bank transfer). I don't blame the hotel for this inconvenience but they could have at least accepted my passport as a security deposit and let me have my room first so that I can figure out a way to pay in calm.

Good location and, a very attentive desk staff. Beautiful sunset from the top floor bar/restaurant. Our room was comfortable and a nice size because it was at the end of the corridor. We didn't have breakfast but the third floor has a nice and comfortable sitting area and you can have a coffee.

If you have a lot of luggage, can be more complicated.
