Best pool with an amazing view as well as hot tubs! Staff was super helpful and friendly. They immediately served me a latte upon my arrival and waiting to check in. I loved the neighborhood that was walkable to a nice park, good shopping and restaurants. We also were able to quickly get to San Cristobal Park and hike to the top from there. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast wasn't very accommodating to vegan or gluten free options. Granted we didn't ask for any but it made it an easy decision to go find breakfast elsewhere. The food you can order at the pool has a veggie burger but I didn't notice any gluten free options but it wasn't that big of a deal. Fries were delicious!

Staff were wonderful and went out of their way to assist with any questions etc. Food in the restaurant was very good. Would be great to stay here when the weather is warmer to make use of the roof top pool. Fabulous views from up top.

Whilst the location was a little way out from the central attractions, the area was very safe, which we didn't feel in a different hotel earlier in our stay. It was also very easy to use the metro which was nearby.

The hotel offered breakfast each morning and dinner at night. We ate there on both nights of our stay. Simon in the restaurant was a delight and very efficient, friendly and approachable. The room needed a little attention with its cracked glass in the door but all in all a very good place to stay. The hotel is in a good area and we felt safe staying there. The shower had plenty of strong hot water and the bed was very comfy.

Excellent location and nice size boutique hotel. Staff were good although seemed a bit stretched.

We first stayed here in 2017 and rated it very highly, one of our favorite hotels we have ever stayed at. Not sure whether our memories were wrong or we are now more discerning but, although the hotel is still good it is looks like it needs some investment and care. And we were especially disappointed with the rooftop pool and bar which was a highlight on our first trip but now seemed unattractive. Still recommend the hotel, just not not as highly as before.

welcome was not as welcoming as it should/could be. there was an issue with the room being ready and staff at reception kept talking about it between themselves badmouthing the cleaning staff and sort of ignoring us. that should definitely not happen in front of a client and they could have just asked us to take a seat rather than keeping us there half ignored until they sort themselves out. similarly at breakfast staff were interacting a lot between themselves, being social and chatty and customers had to make their way around them.

Spa is beautiful! Go for an hour and enjoy the steam room and hot tub! Hotel is in a nice and safe area of Santiago. We enjoyed riding the complementary bikes to a nearby park with beautiful art sculptures. The room was comfortable and good hot water shower. The rooftop pool and hangout area is very nice!

I didn’t know the spa was extra charge and had to be reserved, but it was worth the extra charge.

The facility was located in a perfect location and the hospitality was superb! It was easy to find and get to all the places in Santiago we wanted to to see on our first visit to Chile! I have never been as impressed with the helpfulness of staff as I was with our stay. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It was also helpful to have at least one person on duty to speak English.

It’s small size made the experience less like staying in a hotel. (We usually opt for AirBNB/VRBOs.) The staff was very friendly, extremely helpful, and attentive. Everything was nicely done - beautiful and comfortable. The location was great; walking distance to restaurants, metro, grocery store, and the Costanera Center.

No fitted sheet & only a comforter for a blanket which was too hot.

Great location, safe walkable neighborhood near restaurants, parks and walking paths. Bed and sheets were very comfortable. We had a room away from the street which was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the view from the lovely pool.

A/C wouldn't go below 25 degrees and hot water pressure wasn't great.

The hotel and its services met all my expectations. I appreciate the trendy decoration, the cleanliness of the premises and the quality of the welcome. Didn't know what to expect while having breakfast and it was a great surprise. I recommend it. The rooms are equipped with glazing which attenuates the noise of the street well and it is rather rare in Chile.

Of course, the swimming pool is swimmable during summer only
