We were given an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which was a wonderful surprise to end our trip. The staff were very, very friendly and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. The apartment was wonderfully comfortable and modern, the beds were incredible! Lovely to have a small kitchen too. The apartment is in a busy area but is very, very quiet so we had a great sleep. The area is wonderful, full of restaurants, bars, cafes, kiosks and bakeries. We didnt need or want to go anywhere else for dinner. (can recommend Chipe Libre and Bocanariz for dinner! and the Fork for snacks!) There is a lovely market everyday and the area is wonderfully safe to walk at night. We felt safe at all time as the apartment building has two sets of doors to enter, each time with a key. There is a nice long park and gardens nearby where I went running, also safe!

There should be a towel for drying dishes. But this is a very minor complaint.

I liked how helpful the reception desk was. They answered every question and even helped me reserve a taxi to the airport. They are all very helpful and willing to help. The location is IDEAL! You have so many restaurants and cafes in less than a 1 min walk. You’re also at walking distance to Cerró Santa Lucia and extremely close to Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral. There’s also nearby metro lines. The hotel room (we booked a duplex, enough to accommodate 5 people) itself were super clean, modern and smelled great. The showers came with clean towels and they also provided body wash and shampoo only. Their WiFi works well and they have air conditioning included. If you’re thinking of visiting Santiago, you MUST stay here, you won’t regret it.

Check-in lady was very unpleasant and almost seemed like she did not care if we stayed there or not. She made sure to tell us she worked for more than one property and that she had one too many checkins that evening. Room was on 4th floow and no elevator. No assistance with bags either, not could we at least leave the car parked in front of the building to unload. No sheets on pullout sofa. Only one key upon checkin. Told us she would.give is more but it never happened.

Location - you do not get any better in Santiago. The Street comes alive at night with the restaurants and street musicians. Staff were exceptional - car/chauffeur pick up at the Airport and drop off back to the Airport early in the morning. Got ourselves into difficulty in not too great an area, WhatsApp'd the Reception and they organised a car to pick us up. In South America having this assistance was gold.

We stayed here on 3 separate occasions on our Trip, one was over a weekend and you could hear the Street noise at night. But, that's to be expected when you are staying in amongst everything.

Amazing location right in the middle of Lastarria. Double glazing meant the apartment was generally quiet. Comfortable bed. Two bathrooms as a bonus. Comfortable sofa and extra chair. Kitchen area was well stocked with dishes, etc but restaurants and cafés were right outside for easy dining.

Only that there were no plugs for the sinks which meant using running water. And no tea towel to dry dishes so they had to be left to drain.

Great location! Loved the neighborhood - lots of restaurants and bars, on a lively street. A great place from which to explore Santiago. Apartment was very nice - ours was a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows that gave a great view of the street below.

A little confusion when looking checking in. The reception desk was around the corner and down the street a bit. I think the check-in instructions could have indicated that in advance. But we pushed the button on the unit, and someone came from the reception desk to guide us. All's well that end's well.

BEAUTIFUL 2BR/2BA apartment with roof deck on the best street in the hip neighborhood of Lastarria. Convenient to all the sites especially with the metro stop about 300 feet away. Absolutely perfect in every way. Quality renovation, well equipped kitchen, luxurious linens and wonderful private roof deck for leisure alfresco breakfasts. Right out the front door we’re great restaurants, bakeries and mini markets

4 floor walk up with no lift. They offered to have a staff member bring up our luggage but we are all fit and could easily handle it. The walk up was worth having the private roof deck.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with the basics. The location is excellent, on a safe area with restaurants and attractions on walking distance. We travelled with our baby, and they provided a crib per our request.

There is no elevator, which was ok for us. It was a bit noisy outside the first night (a Saturday). But these were minor details.

I asked for a quiet room, being a very light sleeper, and slept throughout the night in this very happening gentrified safe neighborhood of Lastarria. The check in is at Lastarria hotel round the corner. We can leave our bags there after check out as we have a late flight to catch. The location is the best for a tourist. Great restaurants, bars, street market around the corner. Our room has no outside window, which is why I could sleep well as there's lively scene and live music up till midnight. Only noise comes from thoughtless neighbors who allow the main doors to slam. But none after midnight. Helpful staff that I communicated with via WhatsApp. The small studio has a kettle, small microwave, wine glasses, and fridge with 2 glass bottles of water that we reused with tap water that's safe to drink.

We pretty much liked everything about this place. The location was perfect.the actual accommodations were exactly what we wanted and the service was second to none. When we brought a couple of issues to management they were addressed immediately. We loved our stay in Santiago and much of our enjoyment stemmed from our perfect accommodation.
