Very central close to good restaurants and metro. Staff were amazing very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was terrible and the same every morning delivered the night before. Vacuum packed ham and cheese bun, juice, milk, yogurt coffee and tea. Aircon was operating in one bedroom but old and noisy, not working in the living room.

This was a great place to stay with large living/kitchen area and separate bedroom. There's a front desk and small elevator. The shower/ tub had good pressure and hot water. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen had a small refrigerator, 2 burners, utensils and plates so I could make my own meals. It was quiet and the staff were very helpful and friendly as well as bilingual. They even set up a taxi for me to get to airport. It had a parking spot for the rental car that came with the room. The location is excellent near Los Leones Metro and many shops, coffee spots, restaurants. Easy walk and safe area. I could open the windows for fresh air and it had an air conditioner unit in one window which I only used for the fan since it was winter.

I liked everything about this place to stay, the price was very reasonable.

The location of the property is near shopping centers, & save neighborhood.. There are several eateries places,cafes near by. Lounges downstairs very comfortable , nice & clean. Plenty of sofas for residents to rest & to sit down. Willingness on the part of concierge /administrators / , & maintenance personnel to solve & correct problems .to make my stay a pleasant experience. Very professional & caring attitude. *****

Third floor rooms . They look a kind of old beat up rooms. They need to re painted specially baseboards. Modernize someof the appliances especially toasters& stoves. Please have options for breakfasts instead of cheese & ham sandwiches every day. Lactose free choices for yogurts & milk. Scrambled eggs , fresh fruits. & cream of oats & herbal teas for people who avoid caffeine. Fruit juices without sugar. Lastly, increase the # of smaller cooking pots & frying pans , dishes & glasses.

Breakfast was a little poor, I would have seen fruit, not bread cooked already, some vegetables or even ask to the guests the tipe of milk, bread, etc. some food that currently could cause allergies.

Soap I believe it wasn't enough for two people. Two bars or liquid soap would have been better.

The frontdesk person David provided an outstanding help to us since our arrival to the check-in out. He made our experience garanteeing our returning to this hotel.

Bath tube and shower embeeded and toilet flushing system. But not enough to spoil our staying.

Staff at reception were extremely helpful and polite. All very clean.

I forgot and left some sealed food stuff in the fridge, which was a present. I contacted the hotel the following day and was told I would be contacted. This did not happen.

Breakfast was a nice added bonus. We didn’t take advantage of it every day but did use the yogurt and sandwiches as snacks. One improvement I would suggest is to have single unit coffee makers in the apartments.

It would be nice if coin operated washers and dryers were available.

We wanted a central safe location for a few nights as we ended our stay in Chile. This accommodation met the brief with location, safety and well priced. Easy walking distance to restaurants and less than 5km from the centre via the riverside.

Breakfast is basic and unchanging. Some fruit and cereal would be nice.

Very effective staff, one even loaned me his BIP subway card, always willing to help. Location was excellent , the neighbourhood was pleasant yet not far from shops

There were not enough electrical outlets, the A/C was a bit noisy, the mattress was very soft

Location was excellent for pick-ups for the various tours we had booked. The staff were excellent and super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simpkle but pectly adequate. It wass delivered to our room daily.

The bathroom we had needs a bit of refreshment. It was clean and perfectly adequate, and the water was super hot. The cabinetry just looked like it was a bit old.
