Nice apartment, comfortable and just enough space for remote work and chilling. Also, the guards at the reception were perfectly reasonable in terms of controlling access to the building. After checking-in, we felt no kind of attitude from them, even though only one of us made it onto their list (they remembered our faces, they were happy for us to just nod at them on the way in).

The shower temperature was difficult to control because it is partially dependent on the water pressure, which oscillates. The onsite laundry requires a Colombian mobile number and the laundry operator (unrelated to the apartment owner) take >1 day to respond to any contact. Just use an external laundry.

Modern, spacious apartments, well-equipped. As in the pictures. Very nice employees (security guards & administration). Large bed, cozy sofa. Kitchen with everything you need. The area is not that safe at night but good to explore La Candelaria during daylight.

Very loud neighbors, had to change the apartment once. Didn't get better, the next neighbor was also loud. A lot of Colombian students live here. They have to have money but they don't really care for their neighbors. I missed a kettle in my room. Very thin windows and therefore also a lot of street noise.

We really enjoyed the apartment, which I would rate 10/10. It has everything you need for cooking. Excellent wifi, smart TV, Net Flicks, etc. Great service employees. (Juan Carlos and night security guys were great). Fabulous view from the terrace and our apartment. . Excellent location with a great panaderia across the street.

Our room was secured with a credit card. We arrived at the apartment around 1am and were not able to use wifi until we had paid with the credit card the next day. We could not get any communication from booking or anyone. Check in information needs to be sent out earlier. We received ours during our flight. Wifi at bogota airport is only 30 minutes. The reception area needs to have better curb appeal. It just does not give the impression of the modern, attractive apartment building which it is. The elevator needs to be completed. It gives a bad impression. The reception must be heated. The security folks at night are freezing.

The appartment is basis, but has everything you need. We didn't used the kitchen as we were only staying one night. The people at the reception were very kind and helpfull.

In the evenings it's not that safe. The security warned us at the entrance of the building that's it's not safe in the evenings around the streets. Especially when you are wearing a (little) purse. We did feel that when walking around prior, and were asking the security where to go for dinner. In day time to was so different and felt way more safe.

Room was very clean, everything was properly located and very clean. Matress felt amazingly good for sleeping and relaxing and very functional as well.

bathroom was a little tight. Hot water was too hot, to the point where it was burning. Luckyli there was a switch in the heater to regulate the temperature, but this was not intuitive.

The flats and the building are extremely modern, clean and nice. The price is excellent. You can go to the top of the building to view the city from the 32nd floor. The location is central.

The neighbouring area does not feel too safe, but we had no issues in a group. It was difficult to leave the bags on the second day whilst visiting the city before going back to the airport as nobody was in the reception.

it was at a top location, close to everything !! The building has 24hours security at the lobby and the area feels very safe. Close to monserate and shopping areas. Lots of place/ fo choose from to eat!

that it was still under construction so there was only 2 out of 4 elevators that was working. One for even numbered floors and the other for uneven numbers. They were very small and dusty from the construction workers whom also used them to go up and down with materials.

We were lucky to be assigned an apartment on the 32nd floor and what a view! Upon check-in, the staff was eager and willing to help. The unit was clean and comfortable, a tad cozy.

The elevators in Torre 2 are a nightmare. The Torre is still under construction and many contractors use the wrong elevator, making the wait long. Be aware, there will be shared areas or laundry services either in the building.

Beautiful brand new condo, located right outside the Transmilenio Bus 1. 10min walking distance to Gold Museum and La Candelaria tourist district. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, kitchen is well equipped. Easy checkin with security. Property also has a patio rooftop

Property still finishing construction and can get a bit cold In Bogota. There are hot showers and kitchen to boil coffee and hot water. Small bathroom.
